    To connect with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer care is a bug headache and you will always stuck with IVR with no resolution or no executive ever on call

    @airtelindia Beware of @airtelindia Customer Care luring you into their Family Plan, then failing to upgrade the promised internet speed, then they expect you to physically visit an airtel store in a DIGITAL, Pandemic era else they make you pay for the same bill TWICE, without REFUND #sucks
