@airtelindia I am airtel customer for so many years and I am sorry to say the customer service is getting worse day by day. My plan is changed without informing me and I am charged for that. The supervisor says it is a tech issue that I am not informed and he hangs up the call.

Half the time @airtelindia's network is not working, and calls are dropping. And now they have the audacity to change the due date without prior intimation and charging late fees from the customer. Atleast be considerate of people who have set auto debit rules. @TRAI #Cheats
