    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have been applying for Fiber in my locality for the past 2 years and till now there is no feasibility. Either provide connection or ask your customer service folks to stop fooling around saying that there is feasibility and technician will visit you.

    Duopoly in telecom sucks! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A sim change request (just because your sim suddenly stopped working) is PENDING for 1 week and your reps are clueless/won’t answer calls. Airtel has no shame, and we have no other way but to live with these jokers.

    my airtel broadband is nt working for the last 48 hours I have done the complain regarding this to airtel but no resolution was provided till now this so pathetic , and such a bad customer service from your side , I will now discontinued using airtel @airtelindia @airtelnews
