    @airtelindia frequent disconnection, frequently outage happening in shakarpur Delhi, no matters u have Airtel black or else, now i can say Airtel is also a bad internet provider now, no matter what Airtel claims, it is blackout here.

    Pathetic broadband service by @airtelindia. No regards for customer support. Also hopeless after sales service. @airtelindia your work is seriously questionable and might compel me to go to Consumer Court.

    1/2: One week of horrible internet experience with @airtelindia. How is one supposed to get work done when you need to call them 22 times to schedule one visit. And then it again goes down after 24 hours. The new wait time for resolution is 3 days!

    @amankumar3033 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Been using it since almost 15 years now. NOW if you dial 121 - there's no option to reach customer care. For DTH, you have to choose prepaid option and then ask them to route the call These guys don't give **** about customers. All they care is the money. And how to loot.
