    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - your entire customer support team is confused about what to answer on the calls. I have raised a request to shift my WiFi connection on 16Aug and there’s not been a single communication or response from your end. 13911107949. Pathetic service

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible experience, just to let go of a number! Making it so difficult to remain loyal to you. Removing 1 no. is like an impossible task. Customer care is arrogant n least helpful, 4 times n another jumla. Is arpu worth 15 yr of relationship?

    @airtelindia have you taken a customer feedback on your app.. its frustrates customers .. why is it that there is no option for customers to raise a bill dispute or option to port.. @JM_Scindia we need more telecom players.. airtel is going the indigo way.. arrogant and monopoly
