    I had severe network issue, my phone was on zero network for nearly 1.5 months. I registered a complaint on the customer care and also visited the Airtel store. I was assured that my issue will be solved within 10 days of registration of complaint @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel fibre optics broadband sucks. Most pathetic service. Got new connection in Oct’20 and very erratic. Now from 2nd Dec till date services are not provided and message says that repair is underway and to bear. Please don’t install this crap.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    My Internet is down from yesterday. @airtelindia promised resolution by 8:30 AM today. Internet still down. Airtel is wrong choice for IT employees doing work from home. Unreliable ISP.
