    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is really pathetic. An issue was reported on 19th November and the resolution date was 29th November still the SR request is open still no resolution. Facing frequent disconnection in area code 846003.

    Dear Team @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my friend's 1 year airtel plan has been stopped in the middle and a new recharge plan has been activated although the earlier yearly plan had 1 more month to expire. kindly help. the customer care service has been pathetic to say the list.
