@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service. First you guys ask customer to pay in advance and then keep on making excuses that no free line in your area and it will take time for approvals. Its been already more than 2 days and still no response from your team.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How much time to approve a mail asking to use extra meters of wire to give new connection. Already 2 days and asking for more days to get approval. For collecting amount you guys are never late. Came within half an hour after applying for connection

Don't care for customer is @airtelindia mantra, broadband down since last night. Time slot was 1030-1130 engineer turns up at 1230 says another will come to lay cable at 1430, at 1530 gives name of another who on calling says will come after 1700 hours
