    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my connection is still not restored after 48 hrs. Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. No explanation from airtel yet, why connection was terminated in 1st place.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had a Xstream fiber connection in Kota and I am not unable to raise a Shift Connection to here in Indore. I am trying since morning and while you are promoting application to do, I am sorry it isn't happening. Any Immediate Solution!

    Had ported from VI to @airtelindia expecting better coverage and no call drops. But Alas airtel is worse then VI.I am not even able to make 7 out of 10 phone calls the network is so bad.

    @airtelindia after several complaints services on my number stay as horrible as always .. it just doesn't make a difference to Airtel a client is troubled because of the horrible network.

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. Dear @Airtel_Presence registered a request yesterday for shifting my broadband. But today, the Airtel people saying, as there is no DP near your location, we can't shift the connection. But the DP is just in front of my flat.

    @airtelindia sucks.!! First time I thought to use Airtel and got the worst service @Airtel_Presence don’t care.!! For broadband connection they take money in advance & after 1 week says connection is not possible Its been 15 days still my money is stuck and not getting service

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😀 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Disappointed with @airtelindia service. Paid β‚Ή1500 on 17 June for a WiFi + TV plan. WiFi was installed on 18 June, but the Set Top Box is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with the Kasba Nabapally Airtel store have resulted in no resolution. Need immediate assistance. #airtel
