    @airtelindia customer service has gone pathetic, went to store to get dth disconnected and apply for iptv. It has been 5 days, no response from team. The technician dont pick call, went to store again today and guy responded "i did not apply this connection for you so can't help

    @airtelindia Do you want to force the customer to buy your airtel fiber service? What's the point of recharging my phone for 900 every month if I am not able to use even 1 gb of data throughout the month? Disgusting customer support with disgusting service.

    @airtelindia Shifting Request is pending for the last 7 Days. Your service engineers are not picking up the call. The sales team is suggesting getting a new connection. Is this a new strategy to increase revenue or just incompetence of the team

    @airtelindia My experience with airtel is far from satisfactory, every month i pay the bill and what i get in return is half of the service. In a month more than 15 days wifi is not working, this time also wifi not working since past 5 days. My number is 9691002221

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Everyday i have been reporting the issue with my wifi network which stops at its own and starts after a long day at his own whims and fancies, for what are we paying you i guess for the services which are not functioning.. kindly look into the issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Customer support isn't about asking customers to "wait another 24 hours." It's about taking ownership and resolving issues. My experience with Airtel Xstream IPTV support has been extremely disappointing.
