    Great work!!! @airtelindia I'm faceing very low internet connectivity problem from last 2 months till now and I have complained about my problem several times to 198 customer care executive but everytime I hear the same silly excuses. I don't even able to make a call after 6pm.

    @airtelindia Have been chasing the customer care for my SIM card issue since 2 months but in vain. Don’t expect this service after being a loyal customer of #airtel for ages. The email complain is of no use, we can’t keep chasing the customer care every other day #airtelnetwork

    @airtelindia Hello Airtel team, Really very ashame to have your service since 2007 and using pospaid service from 2016.. I keep reporting my network issue to 198 complaint center but didnt get any further update.. because of your service am getting escalation from my manager..
