    @airtelindia This issue has become weekly and sometimes biweekly feature. Now airtel has stopped generating complaint No. Repenting for choosing airteldigital tv. Hopeless and useless service. Height of indifference. They never fail in generating their monthly bills.

    Dear AIRTEL, if i cant use the Unlimited Data offer through hotspot and use my Tab or Laptop. I dont see any use for holding to your Network anymore. If it is so, there are other networks where there is no any restrictions. I will just port the no. to that. @airtelindia #airtel

    Very Disappointing Service, @airtelindia! Paid advance for a new wired Wi-Fi connection (Txn: SNJ4PZY02N) and got totally ghosted. Customer care 981001245 is a complete dead end. Is this how you welcome new customers? @Airtel_Presence resolve this ASAP!

    Has anyone tried to get any service from @airtelindia ? They have zero customer service when you have an issue and every time I try to close my account, they just put me on hold for 40 mins and then disconnect the call.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I have already lost 2 days of service from my billing cycle due to this issue. If there is any further delay, who will compensate for the service loss? Kindly look into this on priority and resolve it soon.

    @airtelindia you are one of the worst when it comes to provide resolutions. I’ve raised my DTH complaint on Sunday 12th July and today is 17th and yet there’s no visit from your executive yet. What’s the point of taking the Airtel BLACK services when you cannot solve the problem?

    Airtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.
