.@ACTFibernet You guys have lausiest app. There is no option to raise issue, If it's different than predefined one. Earlier you could call and someone will come and fix the issue. Service was the only reason I picked ACT over @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is a request for cancellation of Airtel fibre so I don't break your box. It's been 15 days and still getting 20 Mbps with a 200 Mbps plan. Constantly approached, wasted time and got no resolution. Not one servicemen visited to fix it.

@airtelindia From the service angle, facing issues and found no single point of contact to resolve it and it’s almost more than 3 months, so had stopped using services since then and u raising unnecessary bills without giving the proper service. No response of emails sent to any hierarchy
