    @airtelindia For Broadband ID - 012038632271_dsl & Relationship number - 7032160447 my disconnection has been done, Bill generated and payment made. I have waiting for your team to visit and collect the Modem since a week time. Please support as I will vacat very shortly.

    @airtelindia Airtel told, will provide waiver on custody service instead of disconnecting 3 months back...now another airtel customer service saying "apologize sir, earlier customer care lied. I ended my airtel because of integrity and again lie calls started to offer waiver

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence extremely pathetic and disappointing service. My wifi is down since 30th, while the resolution time was 1st December 3:30 pm which was further extended to 8:00 pm which was further extended to 2nd December is still not resolved. SR no - 124973600
