    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have raised complaint a week before for the call drop and network issue we are facing in our office but we haven't received any resolution. Airtel claims to resolve in 24hrs but we are still following up with customer care for resolution.

    @airtelindia airtel black is an extremely bad product. I am unable to add Xstream. Unable to disconnect my old broadband connection. Unnecessary bills are getting generated.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India i have already paid the bill for numbers ported out 2 weeks ago and the transaction was successful, after sharing the payment details with the airtel customer care, then too Iam receiving msgs from airtel to clear the outstanding amount.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia For address change/correction, your help says can do via app but there is no option. Have you stopped email support? Five emails in past 12 days to Customer Care, Appellate and Nodal. None of them are answered.

    @airtelindia Why Airtel 4G re-activation process is so annoying? Ok, I got this, you don't want to charge from our(user) main balance after unlimited plan expired. Thankyou. But after recharge everytime I have to call CC to reactivate 4G service. Isn't there a simple process?
