I have asked for cancellation the Airtel Black connection including DTV Xstream because of pathetic connection/Service, but they now are refusing to pay refundable deposit of Rs 1500

    Dear airtel , I have made complaint 3 days before regarding that I'm unable to call on Special number I.E. 1860.... Etc Nos, compliant 31-3761882624908. No resolution get yet. Executive asked me it will resolve 24-48 hrs, but it's not done yet. @airtelindia @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia airtel broadband service in Pune 411057 has been pathetic with DAILY service interruption of 8 to 10 hours! Is not there any system which flares up such anomaly internally or are you guys so indifferent??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have ported my number to airtel. The executive has collected 350/- for recharge and balance is not reflecting in my account. The store is closed now. I can't even connect to customer care through 121. Is this the way you welcome your new customer?

    @airtelindia I just took Airtel black connection, but I’m unable access the same on Airtel thanks app. And also I’m unable to connect with your toll free number 121, because I’m just registered with my Jio mobile number(9492747472). Please check and help on this.
