    @airtelindia I will draw a notice last week we have facing network problem, call dropping etc. kindly solve our problem otherwise we will port our all connections to others service provider.

    I've not received any call from Airtel for the resolution and I'm unable to register my incident. Now they'll not register the incident telling that 48 hours has been passed and it should have been notified within 48 hours, but there's no way to notify only. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my prepaid airtel connection used to work fine for international roaming in south korea but doesnt work at all in California! Have tried different handsets but keep getting the "Cannot use this network" error. It stopped working the day i came to US

    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting worse with airtel hiring unprofessional Sales Executives and Engineers. My airtel black connection is pending since last 7 days. No resolution to the issue yet, sometimes guys come with DTH only or Fiber only. Why introduced black when couldn't provide

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @TRAI Airtel Secure system seems to be fraud scheme. The mobile damage incident has to be registered within 48 hours but the Airtel Thanks app throws an error while doing it. The customer executive registered it manually but there is no track of it.

    @airtelindia I'm trying to reaching out in customer care service to report my complaints and I'm totally unable to do so, because helpline number is not working properly and i have tried both the numbers 198 and 121. Do call or contact with me as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint ID #10064951841 - Airtel Broadband - Nashik MH internet connection is down since Saturday Evening 23rd July 2022 around 7.30pm. I raised a compliant. It's been 23rd July evening my internet connection is not working.

    Hey @ViVodaidea Are you aware how difficult it is to register a complaint or close a data sim?On VI app too it’s so difficult to register a complaint/May be intentional so that no complaint is register at all! @reliancejio @airtelindia
