Dear @airtelindia, you website says 5G is active in our city but I don’t get it on my phone. I have a 5G handset, Latest OS, An active internet plan. I only see 4G. Your customer service really sucks too. I have been using @reliancejio 5G so far excellent.

@Airtel_Presence Thanks @airtelindia, spoke to customer care in the morning and he assured me there would be NO promotional calls from @airtelindia henceforth. But there was one spam call from Airtel asking me to recharge. I thank you for your service and would look to port out soon. Thanks much

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is a gross negligence and wrongdoing on part of the involved Airtel staff/branch. Senior citizens being duped for no fault of theirs. And the local branch want us to pursue who and how did this happen? How can we do this? Is there any support?
