    @airtelindia Your agent took payment on 20th for WiFi installation and promised it within 2 hours. It’s 22nd now and still no installation. This feels like a scam/misleading service. Very unprofessional. Please resolve this immediately or issue a refund. DM for details.

    Hello @airtelindia , Request id - QXBZAKNY9Y. If you are unable to provide the connection, kindly don’t proceed with the process or take payment. after payment, you create unnecessary issues. your employees keep saying it will be installed today tomorrow and so on.

    @airtelindia customer care response has become frustratingly bad. That's what a lack of options does: it leaves us to make do with what is less bad available. Despite dues being cleared, service hasn't been resumed. I've been trying to connect for over 96 hours. @Airtel_Presence
