Worst ever pathetic service by @airtelindia..few days back I recharged with a validity pack of 79 for 1 month. But my pack didn't get updated and I visited an airtel store for complain..Didn't get any response n had to recharge again.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence … I had opted for the #airtelblack service 15 days back. Feasibility is verified. Since 8 ppl hve called me to sell the service again rather than sending the engineer to install.3 times 1 Saumya has promised to call me to fix appointment- NOTHING!

Pathetic network services in Belghoria, Kolkata (700056)area.. I can't imagine this kind of worst services ever...You forget about internet speed even can't complete a call smoothly without any interruption.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Team are you going to resolve this?
