    @airtelindia How much do you expect a normal student to spend on internet? Your fiber Wi-Fi goes down in my area due to "technical issues" every other day. My classes and assignments are constantly disrupted, and I’m forced to burn through expensive mobile data just to survive.

    Very disappointed with Airtel's service. I recharged with a ₹39 data add-on because I had no data left and needed internet immediately. However, the recharge doesn't appear in the Airtel Thanks app. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream I've contacted Airtel Customer Care almost every day. I've spoken to the Senior Desk 6 times and the Senior Manager once. Every call ended with another promise, but not a single one resulted in a resolution.

    @airtelindia I’m having an extremely frustrating experience with my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection. My WiFi has been down, and despite continuous follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution. Your team shared complaint/ticket number 10983307706, but I’m unable to track it.

    Once again 1rs has been taken away from my main account balance by @airtelindia . I haven't done any messaging or int calls. This kind of robbery is happening again and again. Even after complaining for nearly 4 times no steps has been taken by @Airtel_Presence to stop this issue

    Dear Airtel Payments Bank, Need urgent help regarding balance mismatch. Attached screenshots clearly show a discrepancy: • Airtel Thanks app balance: ₹593.99 • SMS available balance after last transaction: ₹1206.96 Missing amount: ₹612.97 No debit SMS received after 7:37 AM.     Despite multiple calls and raising a support ticket, there has been no resolution and no proper response. I regret switching to Airtel from my previous provider. This has been a very frustrating experience. Please resolve this issue immediately. #Airtel @airtelindia #PoorService
