@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The absolute worst exit experience. Cancelled my AirFiber on May 5 (Acct 20046163173, Odisha). Services stopped May 15 (Ref: 11029816096). Over 2 months later, you still haven't picked up the outdoor unit or processed my pending refund.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi @Airtel_Presence, the same issue happened yesterday and now again. What's the point of paying high Wi-Fi bills if a little rain disrupts the service? No technician has turned up n the assigned technician isn't answering my calls. Pls resolve this immediately.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia — This is daylight robbery and I want answers, not another apology template. I pay for a 200 Mbps broadband plan. Since 16th July, I’ve been getting 1 Mbps. When I called customer care, I was told I had “exhausted my monthly data quota” and was sold a ₹300 booster with 500 GB valid till 25th July. Next morning — 1 Mbps again. Your team’s explanation? I apparently consumed 500 GB IN ONE DAY. Let me put that in perspective: 500 GB in a day means downloading roughly 100 full HD movies overnight. I was barely using my PC. This has now happened repeatedly — I’ve been forced to buy THREE boosters just to be able to work from home, and every single morning I’m back to 1 Mbps with the same absurd claim. Not one person at Airtel can explain HOW this data is being consumed. No usage logs. No device-wise breakdown. No investigation. Just the same script on every call: “Sir, please purchase a booster.” This is either a serious billing/metering failure on your network or a deliberate scam to milk customers through boosters. Either way, your customer support is the most pathetic I have ever dealt with — zero knowledge, zero accountability, zero escalation. Here is what I want, in writing: 1A complete usage log proving your 500 GB/day claim 2A refund of all three boosters 3A written explanation of this metering failure If I don’t get this, I’m disconnecting this connection permanently and filing formal complaints with TRAI and the National Consumer Helpline. I’ll also make sure this experience is documented publicly for others considering Airtel broadband. And as I write this — I am STILL getting 1 Mbps. So tell me @airtelindia, what should I do now? Buy another booster?

Dear @airtelindia, It’s unfortunate that consumers often have to turn to social media just to get issues resolved. Recently, my elderly parents accidentally clicked on not subscribed channels via remote while scrolling them, and the amount was deducted instantly without any OTP or confirmation. When I contacted customer care, they refused to register a complaint and stated that a double-confirmation feature has only been introduced now, effectively dismissing past grievances. I stopped using Airtel in 2017 due to similar service issues, and it seems little has changed. With the Jio-Airtel duopoly, consumers increasingly feel cheated and overcharged. Will pay my bill except this unfair charges.

Facing WiFi issues for several days now, which is why my bill payment got delayed by and now I've been charged a Rs 100 late fee for it. This isn't fair. Please waive it off and fix the connectivity issue. Will pay immediately once resolved. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested Airtel to share the investigation details and updates through email. That request was also refused. Even today they cannot answer: What is the actual issue? What work has been completed? Why did this happen?

Wi-Fi has been down since 4:00 PM yesterday at B-69, Sector 2, Noida, and our work has been severely impacted. What's more disappointing is that none of your customer support executives are responding or providing any update. This level of service is unacceptable. @airtelindia
