@airtelindia #airtelblack Looks like Airtel black concept is meant to fool customers, they say no reallocation charges if you are a black customer but the airtel relationship manager made to unbundle the black plan and now asking me to pay installation charges.

@JioCare dear @JioCare when i spoke with you that time for 5 minute network has been came but after that 5 minute again network has been gone.Please it's my humble request please provide me network. @airtelindia is providing network in Kuwait but why can't jio provide network??

@airtelindia Retention team promised me to get the broadband shifted with in 48 hr 24 hr. But al they can do is open ticket but can't really resolve the shift request. Airtel customer service is full of 🐂 ****. 3/3

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence really disappointed with the airtel fiber broadband services, facing issues for the 3rd time in this month, executives don't come for 3-4days to repair, it hampers the work, it is not to continue if we have such breakdowns of internet. #disappointed
