@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #worstexperience requested new fiber connection through the sales person(vinod), after he visited my location, but after payment the denying connection, also customer care didn't helped. Never ever use Airtel.

Pathetic customer support from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Its been now more than 2weeks but still no resolution. Everytime they just ask for contact number and then no response. @airtelnews I am done with airtel now porting to another provider as soon as I am back!!

@airtelcare @airtelindia I was doing something important on ny laptop and suddenly my airtel fibers internet connection stops. I face this problem almost every month. I thought airtel will be best but i regret my decision. I hope my connection will be established today.

@jagograhakjago i have applied for Airtel fibre bt they gave us broadband and said speed will be same in downloading and uploading..don't worry But after that i have to complaint daily but nothing happened...speed is 5 Mbps in 40mbps plan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
