    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    Trust @airtelindia to ruin your day every single day! Ported my circle from WB to Delhi because I was facing massive network related issues on WB circle after moving to Gurgaon. Sim swap happened last night and now am unable to make outbound calls. Airtel is the single biggest theft disguised as a telecom operator , in this country. And its getting worse from here!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @SunilBhartiMitl Dear Sir I am an Airtel Customer for more than 25 years. Using multiple numbers. I was using Rs. 799 plan for 84 days with 1.5 GB data. Yesterday my plan has expired. Today when I am trying to recharge I am seeing the plan has discontinued.

    After the nightmare with Reliance Jio, I switched to @airtelindia hoping for better service. Paid โ‚น400 on April 27 for a new connection and since then complete silence. No installation, no response, no way to reach support. Same chaos, different provider. Completely unacceptable

This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall
