    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from two days broadband is not working. It is happening repeatedly why? And also sometimes after 10.00pm connectivity is unstable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI This issue remains unresolved to date. I raised a request in March for migration from postpaid to prepaid, and the request was marked as resolved. However, I am still being billed under the postpaid plan for both April and May.

    @airtelindia I have WIFI connection from airtel, every second day it says LOS and internet disruption, Why are you charging Monthly rental if you cannot provide uninterrupted service, I am raising a case against you in consumer forum for cheating

    Airtel fiber internet customer care is non existent. All there is a basic chat bot. Major day time outage and there is no concept of reimbursement for the days cost which is already paid for. So @airtelindia. It's funny they are launching so called innovative network slicing etc.

    @airtelindia i bought an yrly plan that offes unlim 5g but not even a single day, it has worked. i always have to top up later. there is no resolution on the application, cs never help. once this plan is over, i am switching to anything but airtel.
