    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

    @Airtel_Presence after again raising the complaint on customer care and escalating to you. The signal quality has further worsened. Would @airtelindia care to offer permanent fix.. its been months to years that I am listening you are upgrading… seems an intangible upgrade!

    This @airtelindia Broadband is just ****.Its been 24 Hours and it's still down.We have done everything from contacting Coustom care and local agent. The local guy now isn't picking up calls and .We have installed it 2 days back.And It's just down for no reason.

    @airtelindia Raised request to port Airtel prepaid (8404987543) to postpaid on 24th Jan. Was told request will be resolved in 24hrs but got to know today after calling customer care that address verification is pending and I need to go to Airtel store by Chaman Lal from UP team

    @airtelindia Sir, what about services after customer acquisition, in my area Airtel representative come to door step for new connection but after customer acquisition,if you need sim replacement or esim to physical sim conversation, not even a single Airtel store near by, area pincode- 851117

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have list if the customer service professionals who dealt with my issue but no resolution. I think they are not worth. Damaging the Airtel brand value. With this team growth is not possible. Customer service is crucial in modern age.
