It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

he converted my existing @airtelindia mobile number to postpaid. I had a plan valid for a year for the same number. I asked him to revert it immediately, however he was not able to do it. Now my Prepaid sim is dead and there is no network because of this organized nuisance. 3/5

Ref no 10059002641, you had assured me that the issue will be resolved by 05:45 PM on 06-Jul-2022 bt still Im getting reminder to pay the due by today which is last date otherwise penalty & disconnection will be thr. U frauds are sleeping all time? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

My problem has been resolved. All I have learnt from my experience is that it’s wasteful to complain on customer care. One should always embarrass @JioCare on social media. What I couldn’t achieve on customer care in 4 day, achieved in 4 hours. Or you switch to @airtelindia.
