@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

what is wrong with @airtelindia , couldn't recharge my number for some reasons so you barred my incoming call facility which is very essential, not even keep it active for 10days..whereas Jio is not doing any such things to make Customer recharge his number.. :(

Pathetic service from Airtel. Even after purchasing International roaming pack I am facing no network since arrival. After emailing them the issue they are suggesting me to call on 121 and register the email address. how m I supposed to call when I have no network?? @airtelindia

@airtelindia horrible app experience. Can't download bill I have paid for a year in advance. It seems like the airtel thanks app is purposely designed to not allow customer to raise service requests.

@airtelindia No matter how much one try there is no chance one can talk to airtel customer support. Can you please share the process not getting any option on 121 or 198 to talk to someone.
