@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop befooling customers. Despite my repeated requests and even after conversation with customer care. You people didnot terminate my secondary connection and illegaly allocating y recharge amount. This is theft... Shame on you.

It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

@airtelindia There are only prepaid service centre. It is highly inconvenient to travel 190 km from Alibaug to New Mumbai for replacement of single SIM. I have done this from three four time earlier. This is very expensive and time consuming.

@airtelindia switched to postpaid connection have 700 balance was assured while switching that 100 will be credited for next six months received 100 credit in 1st month bill but to my surprise no credit in 2nd month bill when contacted the CC informed no help on this

@airtelindia How do you manage to make the airtel app so useless with each update? Not even able to raise a complaint for broadband!!! Having a bot with some preset options is not the solution.
