The worst service for broadband from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia in Kolkata. Lost connection on 12th night. No resolution provided yet. Lost my job because of their service. So so pathetic !! Regretting that i chose airtel over others.

@airtelindia Thankyou for your patience I appreciate your patience on customer care numbers..After 4hours long call and some tricks I came to know it was local officers fault he was continuously telling me that it'll take just some hours and wasn't telling me the truth.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm getting calls from Airtel executives who are giving me fraudulent internet offers just to reach their sales targets. I have been trying to call 198 to register a complaint, but there is no option to connect with an executive.
