    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai A fraudulent/irrelevant bill was issued, leading to an overpayment. Despite one month pass, no resolution or adjustment has been made. Account reconciliation and adjustment are still pending. My complaint, reference number 4510542156, remains unresolved.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @airtelnews Worst service provided by Airtel since 2nd of May I am trying to shift my wifi connection and after repeated reminders only one solution, “Today we will shift your connection”. Please disconnect my wifi connection and also take action.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, It has been 6 days since I raised a request for shifting my Wi-Fi connection, but there has been absolutely no progress. I have called customer care multiple times and also visited the Airtel store personally, yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @airtelindia is customer care is the worst. Had to select various options and wait 20 minutes to reach them. Then, the background noise at their end was unbearable. The worst part is the query was not resolved.

    Why does @airtelindia mobile data conk out more frequently now? And why do they have a non functioning customer care. I don't want to listen to your million inane options to speak to a customer care executive.

    Wow. Now the issue is marked resolved even without technician visit. Great job @airtelindia and the airtel app doesn't show accurate status too. Pathetic
