Hey @airtelindia , Without any intimation, broadband is upgraded from copper to Fibre and person visiting installs the modem and goes away, so neither copper connection nor fibre conncetion is working. What kind of service is this.? @Airtel_Presence Complaint-127585492

Totally fed up with the service of @airtelindia fibre broadband. already have 100mbps plan but customer care executive is asking to upgrade the plan. Feeling like the strategy of @Apple where they slow down the older version of iphone to upgrade to newer version.
