    Dear @airtelindia , Airtel Black complaint raised on 16 May for broadband outage in Haridwar still unresolved despite promised timelines. Tickets are falsely marked “Resolved” while Wi-Fi remains dead. No accountability, no support, no follow-up. Ref ID: 11030378434

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. In Maradu, Kochi, there was a storm and your dish fell. Instead of sending an engineer, after 5 days of complaint 656244266, what do you do? Send a sales guy named Sooraj who dupes my 80 yr old mother and asks for my Aadhar. I caught him. Shame!!

    28 HOURS and counting with no internet from Airtel . Absolutely pathetic service and zero accountability from the technical team. Multiple complaints raised, yet not a single technician has contacted us. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @imohitshekhawat @airtelindia Wtf.. and so i have prepaid with truly unlimited 5G recharge. And this 5G stopped working, after too much research, I got to know that there is 300GB monthly cap for this. And they told me to convert to postpaid for better experience. So basically a straight lie. Jio has no limit
