No tech support, no customer care support. Thoroughly disappointing. It's harassment at its worst. Why make people pay upfront for zero service?

Vaibhav Sheth (@vaibhav_sheth06) reported@airtelindia I just switched to Airtel from Vodafone and on first MNP, I am facing issue with VOLTE, i used to get vodafone volte on sim 2, however, airtel doesn't not show volte at all. Not even when only airtel SIM is inserted. Kindly resolve ASAP.
