    Hey @ViCustomerCare , how is it that there is no vodafone network inside the building but @airtelindia and @reliancejio work just fine. To top it all, your customer care exec has no clue! They talk like robots with no sensitivity at all. So inconvenient and disruptive!

    This is a really very bad experience from Airtel service. The Airtel Technician was very rude and refused to solve my problem, he replied he will not come to my place and said me do whatever you can. Talk anywhere you want. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

    Thank you for giving me 27Mbps for the 100Mbps plan. It's been a week no DTH connection given which is part of the plan. @ACTFibernet was far better in providing service No customer care or field engineers to assist or answer calls @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia pls do not give ur airtel black connections on false promises..ur customer services r pathetic..only xcuses n no work..2 months have passed n no resolution of the problem..u seems to be worst than MTNL
