    @airtelindia is there an update on ticket number 656544464? This has been closed without resolution. My dth has not been working for last 15 days. Technician has not been able to resolve the issue. Dropped an email to authorities but no response.

    @Airtel_Presence I had already complained several times regarding the issue. They are using bots to answer the emails stating that the issue has been resolved. I am here on twitter just to shame you. I do not expect resolution from @airtelindia .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Finally ! Airtel Kumbhakaran get up 12:15 PM and joined wire within 10 Min ! Who was suffered a customer! For 10 min work wait more than 24 hrs ! Loosing work from home , kids suffering online classes ! Don't know how Airtel behave with customer! No strong customer support

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a PRIORITY POSTPAID customer I am not getting STANDALONE network for my home location at Batika, Boinchi, Hooghly, PIN - 712134. For a MINI 5G cell that is running with NSA . Hoping an upgradation to suppor SA 5G ASAP.

    @airtelindia My postpaid number (check DM)has suffered unauthorized deduction of data balance. This month, my data usage has been virtually nil, yet more than 10 GB has been deducted. Kindly investigate the issue, restore the wrongly deducted data, and provide an explanation
