@AirtelPresence I've tried and raised my ticket 3 times and no engineer has called me yet! Even when I've mentioned it to customer services agent that I need it in urgent basis. It's been more the a day and no calls yet. So much disappointed by Airtel services. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complied a lot, told everything but hears that nodal officer takes customer care sub bus complaints and says to wait 11 days, my recharge is 839 and why should I stop, you have increased my recharge for 10 days if there is a network problem
