    Hello @airtelindia, quite unhappy with your WiFi services, need to discontinue my connection. Please initiate closure process. Your customer care takes ages to reach the executive and bot is equally useless. Hence , approach via @X .

    @airtelindia regret to say that I have felt vary bad experience of service from Airtel in reference to shifting of my Wifi request from GJ To RJ video ref no. 10903665967 Dt 12.04.2026. Getting no response from Airtel customer care. Kindly resolve issue or close this connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This delay has disrupted my work and caused serious inconvenience. Taking advance payment without the ability to deliver on time is unacceptable. Cancel my connection and process full refund immediately, or I will escalate this further.

    @airtelindia very poor service. I have filed several complaints to shift my Air fiber connection ID-0525231859579 but despite entertaining/resolving the issue a company representative from+91 79 4749 7773 threatening me with dire consequences.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcares Broadband down since yesterday. Ticket open since 9 AM. Engineer not responding, reassigned twice, no visit till now. Airtel help numbers not able to give any firm timeline Work impacted. Request immediate restoration against request id 11028765112

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia post paid customer care! I was promised a resolution for some random changes on my bill in 24 hrs and it’s been over 5 days since!! I have called up 5 times and all they say is they’ll call back! Complaint number 1-2eyhdjxvj

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia Team, I had raised the unbundle request before my last billing cycle. However, it is still showing 22 days left until the next bill. Could you please clarify why this is the case? Also, why is my Wi-Fi service still active despite the request?
