@airtelindia It is not in a particular place or city, the overall reception here in South Africa is poor. I don’t recommend international roaming pack for South Africa on an Airtel sim.

@airtelindia Hey guys, I called to block a SIM due to a mishap and your customer care is absolutely useless. They just give a template response - go to Airtel store. Is the airtel store open 24 hrs? Is this how you deal with emergencies?
