    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pathetic network and pathetic customer service. No resolution on network issue yet. Only bluff in advertisement about good network and fastest Internet. All fake. I am struggling the network issue for last 2 years and still no resolution. Worst customer service.

    @airtelindia calling and internet service is worst. I registered my complaint against this. But I am suffering with poor internet and voice call. I switched from jio to airtel. But i think this is my worst decision to join @airtelindia Please take necessary step to improve.

    according to your progress, i think @airtelindia is not able to resolved my problem(network issue). so i don't think so that i should continue as a premium customer, please tell the procedure to port my number. and improve your services as well. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 1st U remove lifetime plans even from those number where the customer had purchased it based on your promise. Then U remove 49rs plan knowing that a lot of people do not need higher cost plans. Just out there to loot knowing users are not left with any choice now.
