    I switched from prepaid to postpaid, and my data ran out yesterday. Customer care says they can’t tell me how much data I’ve used, the app doesn’t show it, and I can’t even buy a data top-up. So how am I supposed to know my usage? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia **2/4** Fiber was finally installed on **16 July**, but the **DTH included in the same plan was NEVER installed**, despite numerous calls and follow-ups from my end. After repeatedly chasing Airtel for a service I had already paid for, I was left with no option but to call it off

    @airtelindia If you want to check weather your lucky, try and get your issue solved in 1 week with @airtelindia. Never airtel service person visit home to check the issu, all they do is online reset of modem. Sir, modem reset completed, restart.

    @airtelindia such a rubbish and fraud company airtel is…I recharged for 979 yet this fraud company is not giving unlimited 5g data..it Is consuming 2gb data and is ending the data soon…its such a fraud behaviour by airtel…Customer care executive is not helping at all @TRAI

    @airtelindia Our airfiber connection is facing issues for the second time in five days. It is ridiculous that we have to spend so much time with your chatbot instead of being able to speak with a technical person. This is a real inconvenience. Please resolve our problem!
