    @airtelindia i m a customer of broadband, DTH, and hold 3 postpaid numbers.Need to merge everything in 2099 one airtel black plan and following up with your customer care and airtel stores in chennai.But no one is able to do it. I don't understand why? Can you please assist.

    are reluctant to coordinate among themselves for the solution. I guess the customer has to suffer all the burden of the tie ups. @airtelindia and @amazonIN Why didi you tie up for a service if your support teams cannot coordinate among themselves? 1 month past and yt no solution

    @BSNLCorporate They're saying that Number reverted back to Aircel but that network is no more functional in India, how is it possible Numbers goes back to Aircel although I came from @airtelindia to @BSNL_JK

    Being with Airtel is my worst nightmare. I had already tweeted and I will go to consumer court. Because of your connection my 1 day salary will be cut. So now Airtel will compensate me for Rs 1600/ day. Disgusting service forever. You guys are pathetic. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am having Karnataka postpaid sim and Yesterday onwards no network in sim. I am currently in Rajasthan due to Covid and customer care told to come Karnataka to get sim changed. Please help. @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Guys it seems you have a major DNS issue. Many connected to Airtel WIFI are unable to connect to their offices via VPN/Pulse secure. Many are trying to reach your customer care but to no avail. Work from home is impacted for many. @pradipt
