@airtelindia I am an airtel black customer. There has been a unplanned outage since 11 am today. Your call center keep providing incorrect information. fiber cut was supposed to get rectified by 3 but still not rectified. customer care providing incorrect info is not acceptable

@airtelindia wow, for last 4 days there is no service available due to some fault and the engineer not even visited even after calling 100 times and all assurance. No wonder, why PPL are moving to JIO

All my unreachable calls are diverted to @airtelnews number #9871498714. @airtelindia customer care says it is inactive state but still calls getting forwarded to this number @Airtel_Presence please port your number in jio immediately otherwise airtel hack your data
