Dear @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I done recharge to my mobile number with wrong pack(i.e instead of Rs. 598 plan I wrongly choosen Rs. 558 plan) Can you please allow to change the plan. Iam trying to call the customer care number but it was not reachable.

There is neither a broadband connection in my area nor a good network of any provider. Please extend the broadband services in my area. It would be a Great help. Else install Mobile Network Tower. I have a land to get it installed. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence The network of @airtelindia is very weak inside the home at first floor. And in ground floor its not at all reacheable. And jio is everywhere reacheable in my home.

@TheOfficialSBI I noticed this is happening even now right in front of your SBI branch in GP signal, Coimbatore, India. People are asked to buy a @airtelindia sim and once zero balance account is opened they take the sim card with them. It seems they are into online trading with the account.

It has been noticed that after the Cyclone the Network of Airtel has been affected in my area. Getting minimum Network compared to Full Network earlier. And no efforts are made to follow up and check. Area: Dindayal Nagar Vasai West Maharashtra 401202 @DoT_India @airtelindia
