@Nilakanta_giri @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia their service request system does not have any accountability, they can close the ticket anytime, without any service improvement, and they let the customer feel they did something... god knows what they do, because problem still remain.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your apps aren’t assisting me, your customer care isn’t assisting me. I am a fool to spend hundreds on recharging for airtel network because you claimed’ rukenge nahi’... never told that excellent coverage thing was selective in nature. Tired.
