@airtelindia Extremely frustrated with the service provided for a new DTH connection. They sold me a normal DTH instead of an HD box. Did not even care to inform about the benefits. Now I am not able to watch many channels. Can't upgrade before 30days ☹

Hi @airtelindia, we are 9km away from the #Bhimavaram town. We don't have good internet facility in our village. We have been using some xyz fiber net for a few months but that network is not working properly. We had network issues continuesly.

@airtelindia Most of the time, the bandwidth drops to under 4mbps during peak office time. I have raised multiple support requests, and within a day it drops back to the least. I am completely disappointed with the service.

@Airtel_Presence I did mobile recharge on 20th feb 2022 to my airtel number. Amount deducted but benefit not recieved. Complained many times but did not solved. Transaction Id is 6900999894519054336. Please @airtelindia solve the issue.
