After submitting a request via the Airtel app, your executive called me at 8 AM. On the 1st of June, my KYC was completed and the full payment was collected, with the assurance that the installation would happen that same day. However, the executive is now completely unreachable and refusing to respond to calls or messages. To make matters worse, the local installation engineer states he has no record of my order.
