@airtelindia How can you say 'truly' unlimited calls if you don't allow your customer to even make a free call to banking helpline no. which are already toll free, although I have a unlimited pack on my no. I have to recharge with talktime to make a call on banking helpline no.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You people come running house for any new connection request. When asked for sim damage replacement , you don't have policy for such requests. You ask people to visit store. So new customer count is main priority not the customer need/satisfaction.
