    @replyshiv @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I was facing the same problem Sir. I also did the same by tagging both of @reliancejio & @airtelindia in my tweet. I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

    @@airtelindia service of Airtel DTH in Shimla is worst. The engineers of DTH close request without contacting the customer and resolving the issue. Due to their fraudulent activities customer suffer and pay unwanted extra charges. Never expected such poor service from airtel..

    @airtelindia Pathetic Network here in #Shimla. Keeps on switching back and forth to 4G and 5G. Calls are dropping multiple times. Please have this sorted or shut down 5G and bring it when it will be fully ready.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    @airtelindia my airtel fiber is down for the last 36 hrs. No one is taking any action. Helpline is helpless. Only making excuses. The escalation team is giving assurance, but no solution

    @airtelindia Service request no 10024451644 dt 10th March 2022 is still not resolved. Customer care service is not provided resolution. Why so???

I cud not get refund of my security deposit amount of Rs. 2500/- over a decade in spite of their false assurances. They have now stopped responding even for refund of paltry amount of Rs 2500/-.

    @DBShashank @airtelindia @reliancejio I was a happy customer of @airtelindia but the product has degraded substantially in last one year. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

    @reliancejio & @airtelindia both of you are not less than a bugbear. .none of your network is reliable now & you have such a poor and fluctuating network quality here in #HPUSHIMLA and around its vicinity, you talking about 5g but even your 2g is not worthy to use 👎

    So the 899 pack is without any extra benefits also ? @airtelindia Anyway you customer service is bad, atleast give people some extra service, Your complaint resolution is completely broken, a bot that never understands problem Can't speak to a person easily How much you are collecting, atleast provide better service
