    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    Absolutely disgusted with @airtelindia broadband service! Router is not catching signal for over 24 hours & despite complaints, no solution provided! And to top it off, they have the nerve to send a message saying the issue has been resolved! #airtelbroadband @Airtel_Presence

    @@airtelindia service of Airtel DTH in Shimla is worst. The engineers of DTH close request without contacting the customer and resolving the issue. Due to their fraudulent activities customer suffer and pay unwanted extra charges. Never expected such poor service from airtel..

    @airtelindia my airtel fiber is down for the last 36 hrs. No one is taking any action. Helpline is helpless. Only making excuses. The escalation team is giving assurance, but no solution

    @airtelindia Pathetic Network here in #Shimla. Keeps on switching back and forth to 4G and 5G. Calls are dropping multiple times. Please have this sorted or shut down 5G and bring it when it will be fully ready.

    Worst net ever I've ever seen. It's disconnected in every 10 mins without any network issues and customer Care are not solving the problem. So please don't use Airtel. It's really worst and the worst 4g network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia worst interst service one can only experience in @airtelindia . I have been continuously making my complaint for my airtel fiber . Yet they have been failed to provide me a good service . Ill suggest not to buy for airtel broadband connection

    @PS74850933 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Paytmcare This Airtel is worst Co in d world in matter of service & redressal of grievances. I cud not get refund of my security deposit amount of Rs. 2500/- over a decade in spite of their false assurances. They have now stopped responding even for refund of paltry amount of Rs 2500/-.

    Since October , we are facing issue with internet, raised so many complaints against this, after lot of followups , tweets and calls still no response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I really tired of complaining and paying bills for unused data.

    @airtelindia Service request no 10024451644 dt 10th March 2022 is still not resolved. Customer care service is not provided resolution. Why so???

    @DBShashank @airtelindia @reliancejio I was a happy customer of @airtelindia but the product has degraded substantially in last one year. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @airtelnews 12+ days, multiple requests, still no resolution. Ref 4510615430 was “closed” without fixing the issue. Wrong primary name still showing in the Airtel app, causing incorrect payments. Is this how Airtel handles customer complaints? Need urgent action now.

    @airtelindia & as the consumer is stuck in that bind for one year they charge you more for expensive top ups. why can’t a consumer who pays for a service exit it by his own choice. This is monopolistic behaviour! Really bad @airtelindia disappointed & dissatisfied @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia 1st & worst experience at T3 IGI Delhi. Asked to move from C to D row to manage crowd. D-5; D-6; D-7 idling time with Praveen. Only 2 counters working. My flight LH5293 FRA & LH4404 for which asked to take boarding pass in FRA. Absurd code share @Lufthansa_India
