    Nobody should get @airtelindia for their wifi or data. They have the worst customer care, zero network base and multiple days of no Wifi and no response to solve issues. As a single person with both their data and WIFI, it's a living nightmare. @Airtel_Presence a bunch of crooks!

    @airtelindia teach some communication skills to your people the other day they told me they only serve pre-paid and yesterday the same store said they only serve postpaid. Later i came to know what was the exact issue. Customer just walkout because of communication gap.

    my airtel wifi and tv service is down since 24th July still not resolved. Everytime I call airtel service they say it will resolve in 4 hours this is the same happening since friday. Very dissatisfied @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your network is extremely poor—calls are not connecting properly, and the internet is painfully slow. This issue is causing serious inconvenience. Fix the network problem immediately and provide a permanent solution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel Xstream Play is one of the worst streaming apps I've used. Every time I jump to a timestamp while rewatching a fight, I get 4 ads. Rewind or skip 5–10 mins? Another 4 ads. I'm paying for this subscription. You have to be kidding. Fix your video player.

    @airtelindia I recharged my number on 19 July, and it's still not reflecting. Complaint CONRH3CHD20260723633468 was raised the same day, yet you closed the ticket without resolving the issue. This is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ~15 years as an Airtel customer with multiple Mobile, DTH & Wi-Fi connections. For almost ONE MONTH, I’ve been trying to get IPTV installed. ~15 support calls later, I still don’t have IPTV — only contradictory answers and broken promises. 🧵

    Team @airtelindia , in Diamond Heights Colony, Gopanpalli, Tellapur,Nallagandla, Hyderabad-46 area ,Sai Sankalp Apartments there is no Airtel phone and data connectivity. Plz solve the issue as early as possible. @airtelindia
