@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is your customer service so bad? I did a Talktime recharge and still unable to receive calls. Now you're asking to do a Rs 99 recharge so as to keep the sim functional. Why don't you just remove the Talktime recharge option itself?

@airtelindia From yesterday 8 PM Airtel broadband is not working. When I connected to service helpline they give common reply that it will resolve in some time. Ans they are not ready to register complaint as well. As we are working from home this is not acceptable from @airtel
