Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

Their engineer visited the location and said me to get new connection instead of resolving it.he said I don't even know where the problem is from.if airtel have this type of engineers who don't know where is the actual problem than shame on you and your vip services.@airtelindia
