    @airtelindia Pathetic service! Ported from Jio to Airtel on 20 Aug. Jio deactivated my SIM on 27 Aug, but even on 31 Aug, my Airtel SIM is still not active. 4 days without a working number! 😡 How long am I supposed to wait? #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My late father held this Airtel number for 15+ years. It’s deeply sentimental to us. After his passing last September we wanted to keep it, so on 21 May your team converted it postpaid→prepaid. Since that day the SIM is not working.

    Now I have received a message “Technician is late for your order: 11039071966. Your task has been re-assigned to our new technician for faster fulfilment.” How is a customer expected to wait 3+ days for a basic broadband service to be restored? @airtelindia @airtelIndiaCEO

    Airtel is literally conning people in name of its wifi service. It takes 1500rs advance payment and then they do not pick up the call Mr. Nikhil and Mr Satish are conning people in PUNE. DO NOT SET UP AIRTEL WIFI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Sincerely pathetic airtel customer care @airtelindia @airtelnews Changed to prepaid to postpaid and informed the validity will be adjusted against bill pay and then once changed, informed only 100 per month will be adjusted against 3500 annual recharge

    @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been DOWN for 3 DAYS. Complaint/Order 11039071966 is still unresolved.I’ve now been informed that the technician was late and the task has been reassigned. This is unacceptable. Please escalate immediately, restore my Wifi
