Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

@airtelindia My mother had her phone stolen. I had bought the sim so it’s in my name. It’s been blocked and FIR completed. I’m based in UAE, my sister & mum visited 2 stores in chandigarh to get a new sim and were unable to do so as I am not present. What solution can you offer?

Last month,the customer care executive took my complaint and told it will be rectified by 7the june, but nothing happened? And this month also the same problem. Is this your service? I want my amazon mobile edition subscription, as promised in your package of Rs 359 @airtelindia

@airtelindia Absolutely ridiculous service from airtel, internet not working from a day and nobody is bothered to check and rectify even after multiple complaints. Now that automatic machine voice is saying the query will get resolved by 1st July. Completely unprofessional.
