    @Airtel_Presence So publicly you claim that the concern has been addressed whereas the internet issue is still there and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Slow claps for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 👏🏻 You need money on time but when it comes to service it takes 15 days !

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely frustrating customer care experience 4 hours on call centre 3 mails Tweets Can't get a response for complete failure of installation and refund wifi. Have already installed @reliancejio now, process got done in 6 hours, please refund

    Airtel is such a exploiting company. I have a WiFi connection of airtel since last 2 years. Now that I want to remove the connection as I have to shift to a new city.. The @airtelindia is not able to stop my wifi service since 2 months And still charging rent monthly @DoT_India
