    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Before the end of the recharge plan, you are sending daily reminder sms but When I try to recharge via Credit Card option specially with ICICI bank cr card, always has internal Server error issue. Don't you get it right, your payment gateway?

    @airtelindia I have raised 4 service requests that I am not to access internet and make or receive calls from my location in hyd, None of them were resolved nor connected with me back. And more over now customer care is disabled. Porting to other provider now, absolute nonsense

    Dear @airtelindia My prepaid number was accidentally converted to postpaid. I reported the issue within 10 minutes, but I am still being told that my remaining 76 days of prepaid validity (recharged on 15 July) cannot be restored.This is unfair because the conversion was genuine

    @airtelindia This is ridiculous. Paid for air fiber connection based on ur 24-hour installation promise. It’s been 2 days of absolute radio silence—, no updates, nothing. 😡 took money instantly but service is nonexistent. Resolve & get my installation done today! EU9PSR52NQ

    I’m extremely frustrated with Airtel’s pathetic customer service. It’s been days, and there’s still no proper response regarding my ₹1,849 recharge issue. The amount was successfully debited, but the recharge was never activated. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia A technician named Ramesh phone number 7226808122 came to fix our Airtel air which we got 20 days ago. The whole wire was filled with rain water and water was dripping from it after technician name Ramesh put cut on it. I urged them @AirtelXtream @Airtel_Presence to change the whole wire
