    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We hv been facing WiFi issues since ystdy Ur staff visited today n said a wire is broken it will take 1-1.5 hrs. When they didn’t show up I called d guy who visited the 1st time .He replied v rudely n said don’t call Again. His no is 7942736694

    @airtelindia worst service of WiFi EVER I’ve been dealing with frequent connection losses and “no internet available in your area/we are looking into network issues in your area” so many times that it’s becoming a havoc working. As a WFH individual I need good speed and constant connection (THE BARE MINIMUM) Moreover your app isn’t even registering my request for a servicing enquiry! It keeps saying your there’s no service request when I am trying to raise it

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 4 days, and there has been no response from the service team despite multiple complaints. Internet is essential for work and daily life. Extremely disappointed with Airtel’s poor customer service. Please resolve this issue immediate

    @airtelindia what is wrong with airtel..from 2 days my 5g unlimited is not working..i filled the issue in airtel thanks app even though its not resolved yet. Everyday my 2gb data gets exhausted and i am not able to use 5g unlimited. Worst services?even after promises made.

    @airtelindia using the Airtel thanks app is like banging your head against wall, no help, the chatbot keeps telling you that the request is open. When you put a request, within minutes a message comes saying request closed. Then they ask put 1 or 2, it doesn't work. What a scam!

    @airtelindia is the worst SIM/Connection. Pathetic internet speed on postpaid connection, speed is even lower than 4G though it shows as 5G... Useless... Want to port now... Just fed up! @airtelnews

    @airtelindia change your handle name from @Airtel_Presence Airtel Cares to Airtel doesnt gives a damn!! Its been 15 days since I paid for wifi extender..forget about installation, the payment itself is showing in progress since then..on top of that..radio silence whenever I ask.

    Fake commitment given by Airtel at the time of getting connection and now in their app also as part of airtel black .no priority service ,network is dropping here in bhopal main city after every 10 minute.not allowing to port by cust support. @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence
