Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelKK the my only primary number is not working since 3 weeks and all my transactions and banking is stuck at a place. I got the new sim from an airtel store, but it is not activated yet. how much time does it takes? it has been 3 weeks now!!

Dont go for Airtel DTH,i believe they are not more into money making. Airtel is now charging for their executive to come, if you report an issue and it is not solved online. I mean seriously @airtelindia Never thought of such thing.I am your 8 years old customer @Airtel_Presence

I have recharged with 2 gb per day plan for one year but you give me only 1.7 gb why airtel makes fool everybody solve this problem otherwise i will port my sim with other operator thank you @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
