    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    No help yet! Agent who came to port SIM and promised so many things isn't responding and not fulfilling even basic things like merging Wi-Fi and Postpaid accounts. The guy had previously lied about the charges. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Your new FastLane functionality is very buggy. Phone calls get dropped randomly. Network dies suddenly from being on full 5G signal strength to no network and back. Mobile data doesn't work, calls not going signalh, when on full 5G signal strength. Am I your QA?

    @Airtel_Presence I don't need cheap apologies.. Just fix the issue.. This seems to be a big scam. @airtelindia 1st falsely took the amount of their customers for services and then cancle the same by themselves and then by keeping amount in their bank they make very big interest on that amount

    @DevashishBhuyan fast speeds on paper don't matter when the connection is constantly down. @airtelindia should focus on fixing service quality instead of just marketing numbers.

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint. IVR: “Let’s go back to the main menu.” App: “Complaint could not be recorded.” 10/10 complaint prevention strategy. 📷 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia I ported my mother’s SIM from Vodafone to Airtel and was advised to upgrade from the ₹499 plan to ₹699. It has been 4 days and the SIM is still not ported. I’m already being charged for the ₹699 plan while the service is not active.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Please dont dupe your existing customers when we request for disconnection. To my surprise this happened yesterday when I called twice customer care to disconnect wifi but in actual they have not raised it even after double confirmation.
