    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ur services are from bad to worse. Have to move with the phone to different locations to hear or make myself heard. Not a single call can be completed without call drop. For payments u can send reminders after reminders. Pathetic! @rsprasad

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been a week since I gave request for a new DTH connection. I visited airtel 3 days before and I was assured that the installation will be done in 2 days. Till now no one has showed up. & I'm not able reach Cust Care also becoz of ur stupid IVR.
