    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We were about to get connected with act fiber net we believe airtel is No. 1 in connectivity . THis is how u build coustomer relationship we customer should pay the payment first in return we get this kind of pathetic service.

    @airtelindia I never suggest anyone to use Airtel broadband ,it have very worst service ,I have issue since last one week daily I do complain daily no action has been taken so far Service Engineer ignoring the phone call connection is refunding also Very worst and poorservice

    @Airtel_Presence how @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ignore appellate complaints? An appellate complaint must receive update within 39 days. Lodged appellate complaint on 09 Apr (CAPPL3BLR20210409804237). No resolution till now and customer care can't do anything. Ridiculous!. check DM

    @airtelindia Can't I port from other prepaid to Airtel prepaid. Why you insisting customers to port to mandatory postpaid with monthly rental of 500rs. New way of looting customers in this pandemic. @TRAI is there any technical problem??
