    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews issue a duplicate sim has become so tuff with Airtel. Walked to gallary they started selling a new sim, and didn't inform that we need to pay advance. I had someone may not. Should inform client full and than proceed. Sad experience

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I am on 1349 family plan, and want to move to prepaid plans. It is now one month and process is in-progress. Pathetic customer service given by you. Is it need to one more month to complete this process??
