    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @airtelindia bloody worst service provider. Ur service goes down on Sundays/holidays.Recharged my 56 days pack day 2days back & I'm repenting this. I've been complaining abt this since last 2 years. Ur customer care executive are always sorry but don't do anything. will port out.

    @bhuvan_787 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please share in DM what problem of yours they solved quickly I have 2 technical problems which they are clueless about and have not been able to solve. I am waiting for 90 days to get over to port my 3 postpaid family airtel number.

    Highly frustrated with @airtelindia DTH, Error 6 appearing even bills paid in advance in every 2 week, Field technical person is not ready to visit ,as per them it's call centre issue, call centre team mentioned its field technician issue, complaint still open with no resolution
