VERY POORLY DESIGNED SYSTEMS THAT ARE TOTALLY UNFRIENDLY & leave the company completely clueless about their state of service! Rules are made to ensure no service is provided!

    @airtelindia you guys literally have NO customer service specific for broadband services. Honestly @MTNLOfficial has better customer service response. How embarrassing is that ! 🙃 #AirtelDown
