  Hi there @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Need your help for 2 things .. 1.I had recharged on 30th Nov for Rs. 3004 for offer of 6months +1 month free on my #Airtel Xstream But it's applied at normal rate of 599 p. m. So effectively it's my loss 600 rs.. But rectify this..

  Surprisingly @airtelindia executive informed that he added notes for waiver request & can be applied for the time service is not used. Now, #Airtel is unable to process this request. Even the store at Rajajipuram Lucknow has denied and bill is generated for the service not used
