    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    Guys stop using @reliancejio @JioCare . Their network is ****. Customer care executives are dumb. Saying it's my mobile problem. Just changed my network to @airtelindia. Airtel is far better atleast their customers service is good.

    @airtelindia does your engineer have no time to attend to customer complaints? Not working yet I get the message "Sorry, it seems like further actions have been taken for your service request since you were sent the SMS. Your appointmnet hasn't been rescheduled. "

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 17 days still number not activated and should appreciate your custome care they will say 24 hr everything and still it not done ....all tall claims no service

    @airtelindia Such a poor service from airtel and it's customer service. I told them to share my E-bill so that I can complete my payment, no response. Instead they suggested me to pay the bill amount without bill. Why would I pay bill when I don't have copy of bill? @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia I ported to @JioCare and have already made outstanding payment for airtel a week back. Still airtel says no payment received and no other solution to the problem. Pathetic customer support if you are moving out of airtel. My 3 number are disconnected by @JioCare
