Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

@airtelindia I am not sure whether to call it a glitch or fraud by Airtel. I have not received the credit for which paid money. Airtel has taken my money. I have been trying to reach Airtel customer service it is painful no help offered.
