Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

@airtelindia I am a customer of your xstreme fiber and I have lodged a complaint with complaint number 10003026792 on 6th December that internet is not working but the complaint just gets resolved without the happy code and issue is still open.
