    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @preshit @vijayshekhar @airtelindia 5G works on phone which have n77, n78 band. Only these two bands support 5G till now.

    @airtelindia I want to cancel one of my Airtel numbers. So far got 4 calls asking the same questions -why cancel, can you use it for another family member, convert into prepaid, new schemes etc. Would this ever stop?

    @airtelindia Airtel declined to refund me my advance for DTH on disconnection though the disconnection was initiated due to deficiency in service. Be mindful before trying airtel DTH. Very shabby and unprofessional # fraud #unprofessional #airtel
