    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support.     Hi @AirtelIndia, @Airtel_Presence after relocating my Xstream Fiber, the old router hasn’t been collected. Customer care couldn’t help. Please arrange pickup or confirm if I can dispose it. I don’t want disputes later after i have discarded it

    @airtelindia your service team sucks. 48 hours without without net. Logged complaint through airtel app. No response. Called call centre, SMS came. But assigned engineer never picked up the call. Called customer care again, kept on hold for 10 mins.

    Airtel Fiber installed today morning. Technician said activation will take 2 hours due to backend issue and promised to return. Still no activation and no response to calls. If this is the service during installation, how will support be later? Worst experience. @airtelindia
