    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    I am a @airtelindia unsatisfied customer I am trying to switch my connection from postpaid to prepaid none of the Airtel Associate’s are helping with this and a untraceable and reachable , gallery says connect with helpline and it goes vice versa. Very disappointed

    @airtelindia I had requested for a new black plan to be installed in my home at Wagholi, Pune . It was confirmed by the Service Desk on 8th june, but thereafter, in spite of repeated followup, it is yet to be installed. Now need to look for alternate providers

    @airtelindia Can you please help me cancel my broadband connection? Ever since the outage last week, my inbound traffic on my Static IP is lagging terribly. Your tech team says, as long as Google opens, there is nothing wrong. NO OPTION OF CUSTOMER CARE on 121. Why? @DoT_India

    @airtelindia We are really frustrated complaining you on daily bases.Have mailed your support mail I’d,called your executive many time’s yet no proper solution.From past 5to 6 days broadband connection is totally gone not able to work we also have lost our clients because of this

    @airtelindia Worst service by airtel customer care i have register 4 to 5 times for new wifi connection but every time Engineer says yes i am coming but still no response from their side bhai agar service provide ni kr skte to band krdo apni company even i talked with supervisor but 😡
