    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    The worst network service is from airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have a lot of data left but not working tried to raise a complain on 10th but it was closed without resolve same goes for all previous complain. They are nithing but shame on the name of customer serviece.

    @airtelindia you suppose to improve your network iam using 5g phone still net is not working you increase your plan price but internet is sucks as hell .in my home it runs as iam using it at the speed of E only why so 🤬🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia's IVR is simply the worst one I've encountered in my life. First of all, speaking to an executive is already pretty difficult. (I mean if I answer honestly I'll never be able to connect with their executive) On top of that Idk for some reasons
