    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really worst service and behaviour of the agent. Today I booked for an Airtel broadband connection and got the call from the agent. After all the discussion I paid the rental for 6 months and the agent said they will install the connection today.

    I really want to review @airtelindia after a one month of exhausting experience with poor customer care and inefficient employees. I am a airtel post paid customer for more than 7 years, I am still being charged 550 every month but they said my account/sim is inactive.

    @indoafroarab @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Is it Solved? i'm having similar problem with Airtel Data and Internet and visited their shops in Hyderabad and Chennai. Their so called technical team says file a complaint on line from the App and wait for the response.
