    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @airtelindia pathetic customer support and service. Raised a request for shifting for 25 Jul. The technician came & said it's not his job & someone else will come, the assigning of technician is not being done as per type of connection, which should be done based on customer id.

    @Airtel_Presence Even after raising a public complaint, I continue to receive repeated calls from @airtelindia demanding payment. I have already explained that I submitted a disconnection request when I relocated and should not be billed for a service I did not use.

    I raised an Airtel Broadband shifting request on 22 July (Request ID: 10999881612) with the scheduled shifting date of 23 July. The request is still pending with no update. Today, I called customer care to check the status, but I was kept on hold for several minutes @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your priority black customer requests iptv installation, no one from airtel follows through. Request pending since 2 days , multiple follow ups with customer care but no output. Just pathetic service. Why have you launched iptv when you cannot even service installs
