    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @airtelindia now I can proudly say your service really sucks. Yet again mislead by Airtel broadband team Patna. Been more than 7 days, fighting daily to get the internet connection. Plz plz I did a mistake yet again. Refund asap.

    @airtelindia Is some one answerable to me here ? I opted to #Airtel fibre on d 10 jan but its not working well, nd none of ur technicians are picking up my calls. Is this d way u treat ur coustomer. Worst service ever. Am filing complaint @consumerforum_

    @sandeep_baral04 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ha Ha, it may work near tower but 99%cases their services are horrible. Airtel India just invest good in advertisement but do nothing in customercare and infrastructure.

    @airtelindia Poor experience from Airtel broadband outage for last 4 days and no resolution in place. Being with Airtel for 18 years this is the last thing i expect from this company. Recommend everyone not to go with Airtel henceforth. Reference no 126406568
