Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

@airtelindia the wifi services are pathetic, I face connectivity issues every month, have to connect with customer service twice a month. Even after paying such high price for the services, if this what I have to face then I question all the promises made by Airtel.

23 days since I placed a request for an additional service. Not a single call or message from them. Their CS doesn't have a clue. Running this experiment to see how much companies like @airtelindia focus on competition instead of their customers. #Airtel5G

Similarly I am unable to make outgoing calls from my Airtel number and since last two days I am mailing them..no response at all
