    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @airtelindia Nowadays internet is very slow in Bengaluru - Adugodi in particular. Tried to create ticket in airtel app, but it gave generic comment and didn't allowed to raise complaint! Hello @Airtel_Presence, will you be able to help ?

    @airtelindia worst service I have ever seen in my life changed my SIM card second time within 4 days still no service in my phone. I have converted it to postpaid still not getting service. Is this your brand Airtel making fool? Wasting my money on your sim card

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your engineers - two of them came home - and said in five mins the WiFi will come back and we have been waiting for 5hrs since. The engineer whose number was sent via sms says he’s not the engineer for our area. The issue is not resolved yet. Pls kindly look into it 🙏🏻

    @airtelindia i had a very bad and frustrating experience with Airtel. 10 days back,i took Airtel postpaid sims (2 nos), and wifi plan (999) and then ordered a IPTV.since last week,I am struggling with Airtel store and customer care. No one is giving proper feedback about my order

    @airtelnews Still very poor 4g network 5g miles away & intersting thing is tower is just 300 meter away . So after complaining about 2 - 3 years now i am going to switch to vi or jio. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
