  @JioCare @airtelindia Bills are being charged in full — for WHAT exactly? Non-functional internet? Why should customers keep paying when services are unreliable every single week? We’ve raised multiple complaints, but no resolution. Just empty promises.

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Facing serious internet speed issues with Airtel AirFiber in my area . Every evening the speed drops drastically. Getting only 5–7 Mbps download and 10–12 Mbps upload during peak hours (7 PM – 11 PM). This is unacceptable.
