    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @DoT_India Thanks 🙏 really appreciate. As it’s there . That in dec only 4 times net was not working . Other companies like @airtelindia service is super quick. I have airtel at my office . And no frequent network problem also . @HathwayBrdband has taken customers for granted

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence visited Airtel store at bandra hill road branch to get a nee sim card and guess what they said they dont have any sim card. Such a worst experience

    @airtelindia you app are so slow. I was enrolling for the Airtel saving a/c but it just kept saying retry after uploading my aadhar & credentials. Somehow I patiently waited for videocall at end,it says no person is available. Chat bot just asks irrelevant questions.
