    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My #airtel number has suddenly stopped working. No network, unable to make/receive calls. While raising a complaint on airtel app it is repeatedly asking for an alternate number even after entering one and stuck at that.

    Guess what. I complained about my network connectivity to @airtelindia and I get a call from @ViCustomerCare to port to them. They claim that @TRAI has given this provision that when complaining about network quality, other service providers can reach out for porting.
