Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

Worst mobile network is #airtel. @airtelindia can you please tell me any reason why to stay on #airtel. @airtelindia poor call quality, poor 4G speed, network is available only when we are on second floor of any building. No network on ground floor.

I port into airtel operator a 3 month ago and decided to use india best network service as your exchange but now, I think that I made a huge mistake. I have no internet speed since the past 2 month, my internet is very slow and brk the conne during call. @DoT_India @airtelindia
