    I had opted for airtel black on 12/04 for dth + broadband.The dth is connected and broadband is yet to be connected after 7 days of request and yet another 48 hrs is being asked for.Really horrible service @airtelindia #airtel_shameless

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, If I want to get a duplicate SIM delivered to my cousin(not blood relative), let me know what would be the process as i am in US and my SIM was not working from April 1st. I reached out to customer care and also mailed them, no resolution!!!
