    Effective 18th August'22 to till date, I had tried multiple ways to communicate with @Airtel_Presence team (via Call/Email) but there was never a proper response from the team and they are beating around the bush. No customer obsession from @airtelindia (2)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 1/2 : There has been a huge network problem in my area since yesterday. internet is not working at all not even 3G , 2G as well as there is a problem in calling too. And this problem is not only for me alone, but for the my entire village.

    Now this fast service provider is wasting my time!! Saying to visit store to confirm the plans, but when their executive himself took the money and said to provide the 40 mbps plan. I don’t know how @airtelindia is treating their customers. @DoT_India But this is by far the worst

    @PMOIndia @rsprasad @airtelindia If in the name of security Huawei is to be banned then there are many such things which shd be banned.Robust security system shd be at work. Centre shd open up Central Cyber Security Agency for this job.Banning is not a Solution at all.

    One of the worst pathetic service I get from @JioCare since October 2019 i'm requesting them about network issues but no response, even customer service also rude they don't care about their customers. Now time is to call @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Techdopes @airtelindia I think you should use Data saver in your phone and Check each application in data usage section , so you will know which app is consuming data. is also fixed same problem with my phone.
