    @airtelindia I have raised a WiFi shifting request 3 days ago still it is still pending. Even I have contacted customer care more than 4 times and they are just saying it will resolve but no response. I am not happy with this service.

    @TRAI 4 years. Countless inconveniences. Zero improvement. @airtelindia has failed to provide basic network coverage at my home despite charging full service fees every month. Calls fail, data doesn't work, and the network is almost non-existent. This isn't a temporary issue—

    @airtelindia @TRAI pathetic experience. SIM port from your Airtel store in Karkarduma New Delhi and since port my internet Is not working. Complaint raised but closed without response. Also the store person Anjali Verma is denying support citing system issues for last 3 days.

    @airtelindia Is their any customer support existing where I can call and discuss the issue, because your Ai based chat bot is lame enough to understand anything and no option to raise greiveances. Or should I try to raise issue in government portals, for resolution?

    leaving Airtel DTH after 12 year due to a technical issue on their end. Some channels are working while others have stopped. I spoke with customer care Who talking with me towards customer care. His/her way of talking was good but I am not satisfy to their reply @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Home internet isn't working since y'day. No physical damage s showin. When chatted wt bot on ur #Airtel app , it asks to select 6th July date to get it #rectified from ur side. Shall we sit without #service for 2 days & still pay u for those days? @airtelindia
