@Airtel_Presence Wonderful customer service @airtelindia! To close the ticket, you don't need to resolve the issue. Just close the ticket after 15 days without giving the option to re-open. When customer calls again, raise afresh ticket &the cycle continues #AirtelBlack #airtel

@airtelindia since yesterday I'm trying to contact your cust care,no option in IVR. All port in formalities done still showing barred. Can't use data services & IC barred. Pathetic service and boarding experience.
