@airtelindia What a loot. My present plan is ₹749. And in next two days I have been send a message I will be charged additional ₹150 for the same services. For what? No calls for the same. No additional service provided. And your old customers are disheartened and will move on.

@airtelindia reduces throtel Internet speed a week before validity expiry. Never mention validity expiry date in sms. Automated system to resolve customer issues are almost useless. Free data coupens given to customer are of no use. Airtel doesn't care customers at all...
