@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my black order got cancelled and now I'm not getting my refund. I was told I'll get a refund for the cancelled order! Not for it to get adjusted against my other bills. I've been waiting for more than a month now. No actn frm any team to help!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I fed up with one problem of my network operator. If it will not be sorted out, I will have to move somewhere. When I call somewhere, my network changes from VoLTE to 2G or 3G, and the calling quality becomes very poor. VOLTE network is not stable.

@Airtel_Presence But we r waiting frm 3 days, and still no one send the technician number, today half day gone, whn I called to customer care they repeat same story it will be do end of the day (not assured) higher authority is not coming on call.nvr faced such irresponsible service, @airtelindia
