@TRAI complaint against @Airtel_Presence. After so many reminders & follow-ups they're not unblocking 2 sender ids nor specifying why they blocked the 2 ids. Because of that I'm not getting SMS nor OTP from IMCBusiness since March though @airtelindia been allowing other spams

@Airtel_Presence I got Airtel internet connection, it stopped working on 15th June, despite my numerous calls for the last 4 days to customer care, it has not been fixed. Pathetic service, no solution, stock reply "we have escalated your complaint". @airtelindia @sunilbmittal
