    @airtelindia have put a request to convert pre-paid to postpaid yesterday. Such a pathetic experience you have made Airtel. I have been a customer earlier too in a single click my prepaid was converted to postpaid but now they asked me to do physical verification and show ID's.

    @airtelindia I am facing massive data fraudness issue in my Airtel prepaid no. My daily 2 GB data was 100% cunsumed just within 1/2 hr of internet connection. Please resolve this data fraudness issue ASAP. This issue is tottaly unacceptable.

    @airtelindia I have an Airtel black family subscription, suppose to be priority customers, I have activated the international roaming and i am not able to get any network, i can't even tell you what I have to face without connection. Help me out asap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews very strange that my sim even though activated for IR, showing No Service in UAE. Sent to India but unfortunately your representative provide wrong info and after checking say everything active and should work but then again not working.

    Airtel service is very bad..I have been trying to reach customer care for last two days but no response..I have been a customer of Airtel for last 7 years but my monthly recharge amount is very high in comparison of other customers. Why this difference.@airtelindia
