    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i got to know that refundable security deposit of Rs.1500 paid at the time of applying for new DTH connection is not refundable, even if i recharge my plan on the next day of current month plan expiry day. Is it true? I was never told that about this

    @airtelindia again a pathetic network condition in city like Jaipur. It has been more than 24 hours and continuous fluctuations or no coverage makes my mobile useless. Why can't so called airtel connection can provide continuous 4g network in atleast center of the city.

    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my broadband is not working since yesterday afternoon and I am not able to work from home because of it. I have called you multiple times and you keep saying give it 2 hours every time. It has been over 24 hrs now and the issue remains! Pathetic!

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel, is real your customer service, I requested Airtel Xtreme fiber id- 04442839046, still installation not completed from yesterday, and from tomorrow I have work from home, must need internet. I paid whole about around 3500/- yesterday only. Nobody came here

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence such a pathetic company you are. My both the numbers of airtel are not working. The signal is showing but when i am calling neither the call is coming nor going. And i have recharge my number as well but still it's showing that the outgoing is off

    Very disappointed by airtel service😠 we hav airtel broadband connection from last one year. From last 2-3 days the wifi is not working. No proper service from customer care. No sms intimation abt the problem. @airtelindia pls do the needful
