    @airtelindia I use Airtel WiFi, the most unreliable network. The bill gets generated on time. The payment reminders flood my message box. In-App notifizaions too. But service reliability- non-existent. Bots run support. Clarify.

    @airtelindia such a rubbish and fraud company airtel is…I recharged for 979 yet this fraud company is not giving unlimited 5g data..it Is consuming 2gb data and is ending the data soon…its such a fraud behaviour by airtel…Customer care executive is not helping at all @TRAI

    @airtelindia I converted my Airtel postpaid number to prepaid 2 days ago, cleared all my dues and recharged ₹579 with new prepaid plan yet mobile data still doesn't work. Customer care has been completely unhelpful and I'm still without internet despite having an active recharge

    Having internet problem @airtelindia in Gachibowli Hyderabad, chatbot support is useless it tries to just restart router. Also even with no internet it has all 3 yellow lights on lying about the status.

    @airtelindia It is so frustrating to get support for WiFi service disruption. It took more than 7 days to reactivate internet just 45 days before. Today again since morning it’s not working and on submission of complain, received msg that service mgr will contact on 13th aug
