@airtelindia please change you bio profile to India leading failure network. There is a total black out in kalina mumbai for more than 2hrs. @reliancejio is working better in speed also and don't say truly free unlimited calls if you charge for 1860 numbers. Disappointed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How long you are planning to push it. I spoke with 30+ agents & 5+ supervisors from ur team, all the time they fixed some timeline to resolve the issue but no one kept their promise. It’s all disgusting promises they made to fool the customers. (2/3)

@airtelindia do you have courtesy to have regional language customer support, I chose marathi and skipped 5 guys speaking Hindi. #Marathi
