    I have requested to cancel the service and now they are aking me to clear the bill. @airtelindia this is to inform you to all your supervisor and area Engineers are bullshitting and not really helping

    Issue was resolved after this tweet… thanks @airtelindia , though your customer service call center was not helpful. Small advice- close your customer care call centres and ask people to tweet for faster resolution. 👍

    @airtelindia @airtelindia this is really sad state of affairs, your executive give Wi-Fi with lots of commitment but when comes to service no one is really care. Installed few days back not working from day 1 and no one is willing to fix

    @airtelindia After SIM swap, I can’t buy IR packs or track IR usage in app due to “Error fetching info”.This issue has continued for 2 months.Raised tickets 311000012-738549&905575, 316769082875838,but no fix. Tickets are closed without resolution, often a missed call. Please fix
