@Airtel_Presence Hi Nishant, I haven't got the resolution till now. Now there are 2 different SR numbers open: 10050998362, and 10051807105. and it is scheduled to be resolved by today 2 PM. but didn't hear back anything from the Technician till now. How would someone put trust in @airtelindia

@airtelindia I used your wonderful app to register home shifting. No one has showed up for 54 hours since the confirmed time slot. Escalated 4 times thru 121. No use. Should I go for another provider if your service is this unreliable?

Hei, Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been receiving spam calls multiple times a day. Despite several complaints raised with customer care, no resolution was found and it's really really annoying to receive spam calls during the busiest office hours.

@airtelindia During such outage, if you do not provide us with the exact resolution time, do you think purchasing your Xtreme fiber is useful for professionals? When we try to reach on 121, there is no option to register compain and rather forced to listen to hoax commitment!!
