Unfortunately I had also taken Airtel Black Connection with 1 DTH & 1 Broadband service..Sadly I have to tweet this from my Jio mobile network because @airtelindia broadband is so pathetically slow..As for @Airtel_Presence customer care service must be shut as it is of no use

@airtelindia I should have been informed about this before I had made the payment. I expect a full refund as soon as possible as I was not informed about the ongoing issue. Please look into this.

@ViCustomerCare worst service provider no network of postpaid connection at Jammu and Ladakh UT , @airtelindia far better then this worst network. I have went Jammu to Ladakh and had 2 SIM card one is VI postpaid and other one is Airtel postpaid, once I reached at Jammu..

@airtelindia , we are getting very low internet speed in our area and concerend has been raised multiple times and problem is rectified. forget about 5G we are getting 2G speed.

@airtelindia I had paid for an Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (21-30689150165). However, the concerned agent did not inform me that there's an ongoing issue between Airtel and the current residential society that I'm living in. This is highly unprofessional.

@airtelindia is the worst customer service experience ever I hv a sim on my mom's name,which stopped without intimation she's a paralysis patient and can't walk to the store.I drove her to the store but she couldn't and the rude manager said we cant help is this hw u do busines?
