    @airtelindia What is the problem with your service. I use same plans of Jio and yours in single handset but always struggle to use videos or movies,but at same time faces no peoblem with Jio. Why should I continues to waste my money and time on you? Second tweet

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are a disgrace of a service provider. Your open network shows a Airtel receiver tower a block away from my place and yet the network disconnects every ******* 5 mins. Learn from @reliancejio . They’re at least consistently pathetic.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I guess it's time you'll start to improve your network. It's the 3rd time I've got a call from @airtelindia for a porting request and I guess for things like better connectivity, call quality and WiFi calling, it's worth. Sincerely, a postpaid customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews my broadband connection is down from 4 pm today and there is no one to attend to this issue... How do you expect your consumers to WFH or study with this kind of services. Fibernet connectivity needs strong on ground support 🤔

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In last 30 mins I had called 121 and 198 more than 20 times. Do you have on option to talk to the executive or is it just IVR all the time?? Support services #AirtelSucks

    It's been 3 months but Airtel haven't resolve my issue. Every time I call to the customer service center they just register my complaint but never took any actions and Airtel claims that they are the best network. Utterly trash @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @stufflistings

    @airtelindia 3rd class 4G speed. Airtel unable to provide solution. 4G Speed is like 10kbps.

    @airtelindia I am a new customer and have been misguided and looted by your customer care reps and store reps. They have been lying to me and giving me false reference numbers and when i call they disconnect amidst discussion.
