  The sheer audacity @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has to bill a customer for full month when their service was down for 15 days of the month, then outright refuse to provide any reimbursement is commendable. These scums should be banned from doing business.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I spoke to customer support on Sunday when nobody visited as per slot booking but they were unable to connect with DTH support team and till date issue is not resolved. Could u pl ask airtel black customer support team to coordinate and ensure , issue is resolved/3

  @airtelindia i haven’t seen a pathetic call centre who is having technical issues since two days now to register complaint. It takes minumum 30-45 minutes of time to hear from your agent that there is technical problem and complaint cant be registered. @TRAI

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi I’m being incorrectly charged ₹230 for an MNP request that was never completed on number Customer support denied my waiver request. Since the porting didn't happen, these charges are invalid. Please reverse/adjust this amount ASAP.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Now a days service is worst. Most of d time facing voice mute issue. As well as 5g internet is also nt working, unable to browse websites evn in posh area whr I was able 2 browse without any issue. Why service is so pathetic after paying too much?
