@Airtel_Presence Every 3-4 months my airtel fibre wire snaps. They ask me money for changing the wire everytime. Also I'm never provided with a receipt. They say they are 3rd party and dont give receipts. The same is happening today. Can @airtelindia help here please.

Terrible services and workers @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence just applied for fiber tomorrow , today engineers came refused to install saying area doesnt have power told them to complaint they said it doesnt matter? our state has banned internet ? what to do now??
