  @airtelindia i have shifted from Jio Fiber to airtel around 4 months back but this is the worst experience of my life for wifi services most of the time its not working or disconnecting every 10 minutes Your app doesn't work on mobile data it only works with airtel wifi

  1/3 goes on show the quality of customer care agents @Airtel_Presence has got, with zero knowledge, reading responses with no connection to questions asked. They don’t even know if the PIN code has optical fibre of Airtel!Seems like a ploy to generate new connection @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence Nobody reached out to me till date. Wifi has been down for 4 days. @airtelindia @TRAI they won't return the call, I can't register complaints as well. And I'm paying for a full month. And the internet is down 3-4 days every month. No carry forward no refunds nothing. #pathetic
