@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer care is more than horrible. Instead of suspending my number changed the plan without any notification. Never take Airtel anymore shift to @reliancejio much better service than Airtel. #airtelsucks

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will you plz look into this ? This is such a harassment to the existing customer .. Calling them continuously 3 times a day from last 1 week , mailed on every possible Id available .Never seen such poor service . I won't recommend this service ever.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now its more than 48 hrs and still no response from airtel. Feel so frustrated that I went for Airtel. Despite of paying the required installation amount of 590 rs on 7Mar, no one came or contacted for installation. No response to mail/customer care.
