Worst mistake of my life to leave @ViCustomerCare network & ported to @airtelindia So I have an active annual plan of Airtel, but suddenly on 27th march, my internet stopped to work. So I raise a complaint, which says that it will be resolvedby 5th April Or before that (1/2)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it can't be better in today's WAH and hybrid work environment, where a house move has left my known with no internet connection & the best part is technical team is not ready to help Or resolve it soon. 10-15 days TAT given to resolve the issue
