    @TRAI @PMOIndia @airtelindia I have no Idea why TRAI exist in India, just to eat taxpayer money as salary. These service providers are just sucking consumers blood and giving crap like services. Why 121 and 198 like customer care number are shared between Airtel and VI? Pathatic

    @airtelindia Airtel defaulted to make Govt payment so they have cut the fiber line in Vaishali nagar jaipur fiber broadband line. We are suffering for last 4 days to get the service reinstalled but airtel failed to resolved the issue. Who will bare this business loss.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wonderful!!! There is NO option whatsoever to talk to a customer care on IVR. So much for Platinum Premium Customers. Cannot talk if there is a technical issue. What a shame. Great going on your cost cutting

    It's been 10 days since I reached #airtel handle via private message to resolve my billing issue. Airtel has started charging for two numbers where I've single connection. I've registered complaint on national consumer helpline with ID 2636361. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
