Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what an awful experience at your so called express service centre. Express service is 2hours minimum for a simple post paid to prepaid. Stuck in this store without a working number and staff that says ‘hum Kya kar sakte hai’.

@airtelindia I raised the complaint regarding billing issue through Airtel thanks app and customer care. I got a call 2 days ago and customer care told me that yes these charges are incorrect and it will be reversed in 2 days however it hasn’t been reversed yet.

@airtelindia Another of Airtel's worst customer service. Never fail to harass customers. Took all documents and put wrong name in the billing details. When I asked to change it correct name they asked for documents again.
