    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3688034522060 related to Network on your Airtel Number 8805325353 has been closed. May I know the reason for issue and what steps have been taken to fix.

    @airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

    @jaya_bhatia07 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with Airtel. Even if you call customer service,they simply tell raise request in Airtel Thanks App. Sabse waste network in India.

    Frustrating onboarding experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Ordered a new SIM online via Self-KYC, but the Thanks App throws an "Invalid SIM number" error. The store sends me to customer care, 198 tells me to visit the store, and email support sends canned responses.??

    @airtelindia The internet actually becomes extremely slow afterward. I’m paying for an unlimited plan but can’t use the internet properly. I’ve alredcontacted support multiple times, yet there’s still no proper resolution. @airtelindia, provide a genuine solution instead of automated replies.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since the last two days your services in my area have been down for at least 45 of 48 hours. This is a serious deficiency in services. All I get is anodyne replies. Can’t believe a multi crore company can’t solve simple issues

    @TRAI @airtelindia I would urge all to comment if facing a problem with Airtel for poor connection and service but charging full amount every time. There is no grievance escalation portal. Just talk to them or write a mail and no resolution but continue. Need to take it to fianality.

    Total Failure of Airtel Phone Network & Mobile Data on Road No 78, Jubilee Hills Hyd-033. TS. Multiple Complaints to the Airtel Customer Care, E-mails & DM via X but to no avail, Airtel Management is least bothered to look into the Grievance. @airtelindia
