    @jaya_bhatia07 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with Airtel. Even if you call customer service,they simply tell raise request in Airtel Thanks App. Sabse waste network in India.

    @airtelindia I paid for a fiber connection on 9th early in the morning but now when I called the installation engineer he is saying that he'll not be able do the installation any time soon.Please resolve the issue at the earliest, else just process the refund Ac-20001572215

    @AdityaRajKaul @airtelindia Much more than 5 minutes, more like half an hour. This was widespread but localised outages are much more frequent. Today, Airtel helplines were unreachable too. They promised a callback later but nothing so far after over 3 hours. Poor customer service continues.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi I ported sim from idea to airtel, today morning sim got activated but it is not showing volte, please rectify the problem.I have another airtel sim in the same mobile and it's showing volte in both slot 1 & 2.I have sent number in DM please reply
