    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I found you support is worst. You are unable to solve my problem but eaten up more 1000 Rupees last month. I am going to switch to any other provider. You should be ashamed of giving same reply every time on your DM since last month.

    CONRC31203856361 and the same would be resolved by 08-12-2020 at 11:38 AM. Yet to be resolved. Can you update me on the status of the complaint.with the above registered complaint number @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you really want your 12 years old customer to switch to @reliancejio? Even after two months of struggling with your customer care I'm not even able to access basic internet due to the worst network connection in years... Hope you notice.

    Anyone applying for a Broadband connection in Bihar & Jharhand please dont apply for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Worst experience so far. go for local network . Even after so many escalations and follow up , you wont get a broadband even after 10 days . i am defined switching

    @Airtel_Presence Savleen, I have put my request to close accounts for both my postpaid numbers with @airtelindia. It already under process by your team. Please Note: The reason for a 10 year old postpaid customer to leave is no resolution to my service requests even as a platinum customer!
