    Dear @airtelindia, Techies like me who works from rural area uses 4g hotspot due to limited broadband coverage, but it makes no sense if the same sim works well in mobile but not in 4g dongle. if 4g dongle services are stoped, please let the users know or else fix these issues.

    @airtelindia #ignorantairtel no clarification no update not even a courtesy call by the manager. CC & Digital Marketing team has no clue what is going in the issue. Don’t you raise or align ticket with current inputs. OPERATION MANAGEMENT IS A TOTAL FAILURE
