  @jaya_bhatia07 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with Airtel. Even if you call customer service,they simply tell raise request in Airtel Thanks App. Sabse waste network in India.

  @airtelindia I’ve already raised this via the Airtel app, but received no fruitful resolution. I’ve been an Airtel user from the beginning and genuinely don’t want to switch. But if you charge for a premium service, the least I expect is reliable connectivity and proper customer support.

  @airtelindia Airtel should have the courtesy to inform customers through an SMS or notification about the issue, expected downtime, and restoration status. This simple communication would help customers plan their work and avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Happy RakshanBandhan!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported my Airtel prepaid Assam circle SIM card to Airtel postpaid Karnataka circle eSIM. I got the request for profile installation. But I am unable to get network on the SIM card even though I am able to see the profile on my iPhone settings.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now able to view DD Tamil chnl, chnl #820. Seems you would work only when complaint raised on public forum. Your automated customer service number is just waste of time. Chatbot does not have appropriate options. Worthless & stupid.

  My services have been barred even after bill has been paid and multiple times too. Worst services and no effort to resolve even after multiple calls to helpline number (121). Executives not available to take calls and don't want to listen too. @airtelindia

  Guys dont expect any response from Airtel , no response nothing after sharing number. If you are thinking to port to @airtelindia DONT port they are worst in customer support. Logged complain no action. Pathetic customer service
