    @jaya_bhatia07 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with Airtel. Even if you call customer service,they simply tell raise request in Airtel Thanks App. Sabse waste network in India.

    @airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

    @airtelindia I raised a complaint this afternoon because my Wi-Fi is not working, but there is no way to speak to a human. Your chatbot is only offering an appointment on 30th July. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. #CustomerService #WiFi

    @Airtel_Presence This is another #airtel broadband outage within a month of raising the earlier outage. The request# 11036422066 has been assigned to Arun CN. Please request them to provide a permanent fix as this breakdown is happening frequently now. @airtelindia #Bengaluru
