    @airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Requested a WiFi plan change + digital box, paid ₹500. It’s been 15+ days and no response from Airtel. At least refund the amount if the service can’t be delivered.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I filed a complaint for my wifi connection and the technician called stating that he will be visiting today morning. No one has turned yet, making me sit throughout the day without any internet connection. Is this the kind of service you offer?

    @airtelindia Closed my DTH mid-cycle. Asked to clear dues without a bill. Later, a new bill ignored my payment. Customer care has no answers, only bots. Dear Airtel customers, beware of this new gimmick.

    @airtelindia - There is very bad network strength in pincode 400702 Dronagiri Navimumbai few areas almost zero. Very poor and zero network experience. Need urgent intervention and address the issues asap. #dronagiri

    I asked ur support executive to remove a postpaid no from my family plan & convert that to Prepaid,but he removed frm my family plan & added that number to again a postpaid no with 449per month.What kind of service is this? I raised a complaint,resolve it asap. @airtelindia @TRAI
