    @jaya_bhatia07 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with Airtel. Even if you call customer service,they simply tell raise request in Airtel Thanks App. Sabse waste network in India.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3688034522060 related to Network on your Airtel Number 8805325353 has been closed. May I know the reason for issue and what steps have been taken to fix.

    @airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews,Airtel AirFiber in Singarwa, Ahmedabad is down or very slow almost every week due to "maintenance." Last 3 days have been terrible, and it's down again today. Multiple complaints, no permanent fix. Please resolve this urgently.

    @barandbench @airtelindia Dear Airtel, your DTH services is not working during bad weathers, you have data when services are not running by users, then why you should charge the amount when there is no network due to bad weather,

    @airtelindia I am having a disastrous and shocking customer care experience from Airtel, first of all it is very hard to reach your customer care executive, it is itself a challenge and no refund initiated intimation nor I can see the refund status and this is Ifrom Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Reaching customer care has been extremely cumbersome. Both the call and chat support rely only on bots, which have been ineffective and unable to resolve my issue. It is frustrating that there is no easy way to connect with a human support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews but the my Airtel A/C is showing 3 dth which includes iptv instead of 2 & the charges are levied for non existing 3rd dth since 29th June'26. I hv contacted customer care,198 on each day, except promises,nothing is changing on the ground.

    This company offers terrible service much like @airtelindia and I am a firsthand example of how they dupe ordinary citizens. I purchased a 5G recharge, yet since yesterday, I haven't even been able to get a 2G signal. Issues like call drops and network failures have @reliancejio
