@airtelindia The worst experience of Airtel fiber. Such poor service and no response from the team. Also cheated, took advance payment of around 4 months whereas it was dealt for a month free on coupon and free installation.

@airtelindia Landed in TVM yesterday and sim not detecting the network. TVM Airtel refused as I am from Chennai Circle. OTP required including logging into MS Exchange on our laptops or to do any financial txn. Duplicate sim takes 4 hrs to activate voice and 24 hrs for sms.
