    @jaya_bhatia07 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience with Airtel. Even if you call customer service,they simply tell raise request in Airtel Thanks App. Sabse waste network in India.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3688034522060 related to Network on your Airtel Number 8805325353 has been closed. May I know the reason for issue and what steps have been taken to fix.

    @airtelindia @JioCare both the networks are very poor in my location inseems of data kindly make it rectified,in app I raised the problem but not rectified but in the TV advertisements you people are telling zero complaints

    @airtelindia Applied for a new Airtel Wi-Fi connection (Request ID: 025133713968), submitted documents, and completed payment. Later, the installation engineer informed me that service is unavailable in my area. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response or update from Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a Airtel black customer and yet i m facing frequent disconnection issues. Surprisingly the wifi turns on minutes before your executive visit to check, and goes out within hours. A good loop hole found by them Do something or refund my money

    I think @airtelindia has the worst dnd service. Even after registering for complete dnd in the app and official @TRAI app, I still receive a minimum of 8-9 spam calls everyday. On the other hand the same service in jio is working perfectly. Don't know where it's going wrong.
