@airtelindia why are you so ignorant to resolve one connectivity issue 130411234 which is raised on 23rd Apr? As per your ad, you are only hearing from customer but no action. It was supposed to be resolved on 27th Apr which was already 4 days delay. And now it is moved to May1

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Being a Platinum customer, I expect atleast some kind of service if not priority as shouted by airtel. In my current plan, I am entitled for 1 free data connection sim, for which I placed a req months back, request got closed without any resolution.
