@airtelindia It's been a month I registered for airtel fiber and your executive came to my house in Latur, Maharashtra about a week ago he told me installation will be done in 2-3 running days but I'm still waiting very bad service I experienced ever from any telecom company....

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Hi Airtel, you guys really sucks. I requested relocation of connection, they denied saying no availability in my region. Then I applied for new, they agreed. Executive came took money and confirmed to give me connection in 2 hrs.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Our 1 gbps broadband connection is down since 8 days and none of your bopal , ahmedabad, Gujrat office executives are able to solve the issue. Also nobody is willing to solve it, as we are getting only false commitment everyday for SR133349970.

@airtelindia This money got reversed and sent to some third party account (probably some Ms. Parul, as told by Airtel call centre on 3rd, while registering my complaint) and my line was disconnected without my knowledge. I lodged complaint on 3rd July about this - request no.

@airtelindia what a fantastic service airtel offers. If you want to send a sms then the minimum recharge pack is just Rs. 129/- If your account has some talk time then also it's of no use.

Does anyone facing the problem with @airtelindia outgoing messages, if a user recharge with Rs-49/- can not send outgoing messages it seems even though we have the main balance does @TRAI passed any new GO that if we recharge with unlimited only allow outgoing messages???
