    @airtelindia I am a priority customer of yours with with number ending 9458 I am in need of an international roaming pack for 10days validity for Singapore single country visit I am told you charge 2999/- for this and there is nothing less is this not unfair practice

    Hi @airtelindia, I recharged for unlimited 5G. But after using 8 GB, internet doesn't work. It seems to be very irritating. Why are you limiting data usage even in unlimited pack. Don't excuse poor network because I'm able to use upto 5+GB

    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & activate IPTV IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Hi, @airtelindia internet connectivity issues again with airtel black wi-fi. Unlike last time i could not even raise a ticket as your chat bot keeps hijacking the conversatuon. Will you please raise a ticket for wifi internet connectivity issue?

    @Sparshmahajan7 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel cares pl resolve my complaint pending since 14th June for DTH. I am postpaid customer with Airtel Black of UP west circle in Greater Noida. No TV channels recd. Call center 121 not able to resolve. Complaint no 656947079.

    How do one get in touch with @airtelindia in Calangute Goa. My WiFi is down since a week and no one seems to take this seriously.
