    After using @airtelindia for a week, I feel like I should have not ported out from @ViCustomerCare even though there calling quality was bad but they have stable internet connectivity throughout my location, on the other hand, @airtelindia barely provides it.

    @ViCustomerCare Just got a ratta maar reply from JIO... "Network in your area is good, the drop is because of multiple users in the same area"... The Same things since 2 ******* years. I still have that complaint code number. Am porting for sure after my plan ends JAN18 @airtelindia @JioCare

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 26+ hours have passed by and no resolution. Internet still down. Are you asking me to disconnect your connection and move to @airtelindia broadband ?

    @airtelindia adding Airtel Complaint @Airtel_Presence to look into the matter - ported my number 8087027485 from Post Paid to Pre-Paid. Multiple recharge done, still not able to make calls. Not able to speak to cust care - 121 and raise SR on Airtel Thanks App, what to do ?

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are not able to provide clear voice calling and spending money on ad about your best network. In Bangalore condition is like this and I am just thinking about rest of India. @airtelindia I am joining next year.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since from last few months I have getting a lot of network issues , when I call to customer care they will always say this issue will solve very soon but till now I not got 1% of improvements in the network, so pls cheek and solve this issue

    @airtelindia Your signal low, I get this in messages, I have done troubleshooting from my end. please switch off your phone, take out the SIM & re-insert it after 30 secs. Then latch on to the network manually. If issue still persists, kindly try using the sim in other handset.
