    @airtelindia your customer service is worst as a potato. If you call them they say to use airtel thanks app to file a complaint. In airtel app it says tocall customer care. Do I have to die between your endless loop to draw your attention? Tell me how can I contact you.

    @Airtel_Presence My unused data balance has been wiped off despite existing validity of data pack & recharging well in advance for continuing a/c validity. Details of complaint sent via DM on Aug 28, 2021. No response yet! Plz address complaint ASAP. @airtelindia

    never make advance payment before connection for airtel xstream else u will have to wait for atleast a week for connection...that is current situation in allahabad @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews
