  What a disappointing service, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Your Airtel Thanks app fails with "An error occurred" when I try to raise a complaint, and my Xstream Box isn't working either. TV detects HDMI but shows "Not Supported". Please fix this. It's been a couple of months.

  @airtelindia, I've been trying to reach your support team for the last 5 days, but there's literally no way to connect with a real person. Calls doesn't gets picked up, and your app doesn't understand the issue.
