    I had taken AirTel Black plan for DTH & Xstream Fiber they assured me that it will be installed with in 48 Hrs, after raising a complaint DTH & Xstream Fider was installed, now only DTH is activated and Xstream is not yet activated @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Pathetic service, been more than 48 hrs getting misleaded by the Airtel representatives, unable to contact the customer care bcoz of confusing ivr, where no option lead to customer care in postpaid. Not a good experience for a new customer. The sales representative is misleading.

    @airtelindia your customer care services are very poor quality and also the customer care executive is very poor. They do not want to hear the problem, so why they taking salary and then what's the customer care ?

    @Keval5571 @airtelindia @TRAI I faced this problem 4 times in past, 2 times I was out of my hometown and for that reason my number was not reachable(Because the town where I gone there was no Airtel gallery) for more than 2-3 days each time. 1/2
