@airtelindia My broadband annual plan was from 22 July to 21 July 2022. I recharged yesterday on 15th July in advance for next year. Now my plan is showing from 15 July 2022 to 14 July 2023. This is unfair to customer. My six days subscription was lost. Please have a look.

@Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.
