    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Registered (SR: 11030788934 & 11030918528) but no resolution and one was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Also received assurance of โ‚น1500 waiver on call (22-05-2026, ~4:40 PM from +91 9677011197) which is now denied. Need resolution asap.

    Worst wifi network ever by airtel fiber..there is frequent disturbance from past few weeks..They just drop a message saying sorry and it will be out for 5-6 hours which is not resolved and extended even the mobile signal and data are also down during this period..@airtelindia

    Switched from Jio to Airtel, paid extra for postpaid thinking the network would finally improve but unless Iโ€™m connected to WiFi, the internet barely works. And near railway stations or inside trains? Forget even opening a page. Paying premium prices for this? @airtelindia sad!

    @Airtel_Presence When I raised a new WLFi connection request yesterday for the same address, the technician arrived in 4 hrs but for repair no one came since last 2 days. You are not short of technicians. You are ignoring the repair orders. Pathetic service by Airtel @airtelindia @CTATech

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Again I raised ticket on 22 may 2026. Still jot able to access internet. As usual your worst team simply closed the ticket by saying issue solved.I immediately I call to your customer service you guys saying they can't reopen ticket

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am stranded in the UK with a brand new replacement SIM that has an active IR pack but shows No Service. The physical chip won't latch onto UK networks. Manual network selection fails. Please help me activate this physical chip immediately.โ
