    Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At this point, after spending hours troubleshooting, visiting the store, and receiving inconsistent responses from support, I've decided it's time to move on. Good network speed means very little if customer support can't clearly explain why your service has been restricted.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress What kind of Pathetic service your team is providing, have complained multiple times on your App, via Call, but none worked. If my issue isn’t resolved within 3-4 days, i will port my number.

    @airtelindia care to respond to my concern? Its a simple yes/no. If you have stopped the coverage+ service altogether then please clarify so that i can get my own mesh setup.

    Literally Cus care least bothered to reply. Simply asking to DM. To fix an issue @airtelindia needs months yet no resolution. High time with pathetic service with network and horrible customer service. 2/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcare - again there is an outage. Internet is not working. Your service is getting degraded. Seems to change the service provider.

    Update: The technician visited just now and resolved the internet issue. The Wi-Fi is working fine now. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for sorting this out, though the 6 days of downtime caused major inconvenience. Request you to ensure stable services ahead.

    @airtelindia - pathetic support. Raised a request to shift broadband. Engineer came and said technically not possible. Now I want to disconnect Airtel WiFi and I am being told that shifting request is still open so I cannot disconnect. Wait for court action on your fraud.
