Hi @airtelindia, My Wi-Fi is down since yesterday and I've been trying to reach out but there is response. I tried Wi-Fi diagnosis which didn't work, I tried to raise a complaint which was just getting stuck halfway without any response and now my work is pending. please help.

@airtelindia @airtelnews i am using xstream fiber connection with 999 plan and unable to use Amazon Prime Video as part of ott benefits. I have renewed the plan but myairtel app says it is already claimed. Plz help, as the airtel app doesnt have option to talk to customer care.
