  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

  @airtelindia - why does a listed company does not have a customer service tracking system for the support tickets ? #Airtel I had an issue with my Vodafone Sim and that has been resolved within 24 hours over whatsapp. I'm having a hard time to believe processing times at Airtel

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised two service request 31-3503776980588 and 31-3488180591204. One is for calls and other for internet. Both are pending since more than 3 weeks. I expect better service for airtel one postpaid customer. Really disappointed.

  Old Settlement, Kharagpur, West Bengal 721301, India I had upgraded my docomo sim to 4G since jio was not working. But airtel 4G is not working in this area. My child is finding it difficult to go on with his online classes. @airtelindia @reliancejio @BSNLCorporate
