@JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

@airtelindia Why is it impossible to talk to a real customer care executive? The app and helpline only route to a bot with fixed options, which does NOT solve real issues. Customers deserve to speak to a human, not be forced into automated replies.
