    Contd. 3) As a backup to powercut, I am switching to mobile. However, mobile network by @airtelindia is terrible in this locality. Hope Airtel could address this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel #JIO no network in outdoor also. Is it in computation with Airtel. Both the networks are not providing indoor signal in my area. Both are in same race. Waste networks. These networks r good in advertisements only.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is unfortunate. I have been calling you, raising tickets through Thanks app, tweeting you about poor internet connectivity but in vain. 9125717922 does not get any internet during night time, roughly after 8pm everyday for a week now.

    @sidpatankar @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not just them. Getting to speak to 'a human' is next to impossible in most customer care units these days! They all seem to believe queries will be standard & BOTs/IVR menus can handle all.

    Hlo @reliancejio @JioCare from last 10 day speed of #4G is too slow in my area after 5pm till morning. We got maximum speed 50kbps. Plzz resolve the issue. Or we have to switch to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence 25 Days gone and still no connectivity. All my OTP, bank transactions are blocked. Pathetic is the term that defines @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service/support. No wonder why they are facing such stiff competition with other providers. Shameless!
