    @airtelindia very poor customer service. My wifi issue hasn't been resolved since yesterday and I have an exam tomorrow which I need to attempt online. Look into it ASAP. It's the worst experience I have ever had.

    Im ******* porting my network to another, its not faster network the waster network. Every time my money wasted for internet but i didnt even use it properly. Airtel thanks app also biggest ****, it doesn't even work for signal test. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 3 days ago that 5 of electric pole fell by big tree including V-fiber cable broken.Then, Yesterday Airtel Team visited n replace with new cable after electric upper pole restore,but internet is not yet connected .So await for restore internet.Service Req 117996726

I have visited Manglapuri airtel store and they have denied to help and advised me to approach the Postpaid plan owner. Unfortunately, I am not paying for ur job.

    @airtelindia Paying for 3GB/day but still forced to buy data top-ups 15–20 (worth Rs.800) times every recharge cycle. The data usage shown in the Airtel app simply doesn't add up & reaching a human through customer care is a nightmare,just endless automated loops. So infuriating

    Why does airtel internet connectivity goes down with a power outage but jio works fine!!! It’s been 12 hours.!!!!!! I recommend Jio to everyone. Also why is porting from postpaid sooo difficult!! Ughhhhhh. Pathetic customer support @airtelindia
