  @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @vittalgopal Some schemes in my knowledge 1. Network holiday... No calls, data, sms for the day.. In place of that day 9rs to customers or 1 day extension maximum 2 days for month 2 data speed plan, I.e for rc amount speed will increase

A prepaid customer who has paid you upfront for 25 years, who never defaulted, who never owed you a single rupee, is now being told his data will move slower than a postpaid user on the same network he helped build.
