Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who don’t want to work, don’t know how to work, don’t believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. Because of this, BSNL will never grow like Airtel or Jio.

Why tun a service when all u want to do is scam people?? It a 1.5 gb pack took 12 hours to exhaust but 1gb just 20 min??

It is such a disappointing service that you guys provide and even you chatbot is lame and waste. Still the service is not restored and engineers are saying they are unable to fix it.

I applied for Airtel Wi-Fi and everything was completed quickly from your side - KYC, payment, and confirmation. I was even told that a representative would contact me and complete the installation by a specific date. Since making the payment, I have received no call and no update. I’ve been repeatedly trying to contact the person assigned, but there has been no response. To make things worse, your customer support number automatically speaks in Hindi without even giving me a language option. I’m comfortable with Tamil and English, not Hindi. Even in the Airtel app, I can’t find a clear option to raise a Wi-Fi installation issue through chat. So after taking the payment, who exactly am I supposed to contact? @airtelindia Please arrange the installation or tell me clearly where I can raise this complaint. This is extremely frustrating customer service.
