@airtelindia Airtel landline number 033 4003 4507 internet not working again from yesterday. Lodged a complain but no steps has been taken. Awful customer service repeatedly. Are you people serious about your service ? No Fiber network yet.

Hello @airtelindia 5 days ago on 31 Dec I have recharged my phone with the amount of 179rs, but still it hasn't been reflected on my number 7738735596, when I make call or even tried to call on 121/198, but it's asking me to recharge which I hv already done, Please solve my issue

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's an irony, that you keep the handle as 'Airtel cares'! I have the opposite experience for last 2 months with my complaint not getting resolved, but getting closed by your back end team without even checking with me. You don't care for customer!
