I had a call with Customer care for around 32min just to keep one song as a Hello Tune and they didn’t even gave they answer and call got disconnected do you think we should waste that much of time just to keep a HelloTune?? Is this a good service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia 2020. No resolutions from @Airtel_Presence for FUP reset before 11.30 pm, no resolution for DTH issue, no resolution for call drop issue, I think it's right time to handover your network to Some good owner to run it properly
