Internet outage since four days. Calls to customer service get stuck on IVR responses. Can't raise a complaint on the app as well which will take you to a useless FAQ page.... and yet I get harassed with calls for your DTH connection @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Do something about your crappy network connection I pay 500 up to get good services each month still you provide mediocre connection. Stop ripping people off. A mere complain takes 14 days from your end to get resolved what bullshit.
