Hi @Airtel_Presence our neighbour who's a senior citizen needs to deactivate his Airtel Fiber connection and doesn't know the procedure to do the same. Please help so I can assist him accordingly. Plan is Airtel UL Xstream Basic 799. The disconnection is urgent. @airtelindia
