  @airtelindia I have been a postpaid customer for more than 10 years now. What's going on? It is impossible to talk to customer care now. The IVR just spins you around and throws you out. I am not able to make outgoing calls. #airtel porting is the only solution left...Wake up

  @airtelindia my Airtel sim got deactivated on Saturday Evening, I called the customer care they mentioned to go to the nearest Airtel store to sim swap. Monday I went to store and got new sim 2pm. Still it is not activated. Store person ask to call support. Who will assist me
