    @airtelindia i have been trying to get my wifi issue resolved. Firstly wrong assignmment of technician, then trchnocuan denial, then change in technician, then new technician unreachable and a new timeline. Service request no. 11038570315. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio

    Such a shameful service from Airtel, I made this tweet after so many normal failed tickets via airtel app and telephonic support. 22nd was the hard deadline over the mail but failed again and when I asked about it then they’ve come up with saying that they’ve registered another ticket with different deadline. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifi is not working at my house. It’s been 4 days and still the issue is not fixed. Whenever i call customer service, m being told that it will get fixed in 2hrs. I have spoken with them 4 times till now. Please look into it asap.

    Dear @airtelindia this is 7th time in a month I am facing issue for internet. Earlier your team took 72 hrs to solve problems.2 engineers visited the area and solved after 72 hrs. Now after immediately 48 hrs, problems has again started. Now no one is picking the call

    @airtelindia I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc

    Now I am not getting replies to my SMS. Wtf is going on? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic network connectivity, pathetic sms delivery, pathetic than @jio. People planning to port OUT FROM jio, please DO NOT PORT INTO AIRTEL. Airtel is THE WORST of these service providers!

    @airtelindia I don’t know why sudden hike we middle class people can’t afford such plans greater than 800 but in lesser than 500 their is insufficient plan if they remove this unwanted addons like adobe, hellotune and xtream play might help to reduce the cost of each plan @TRAI
