    @airtelindia frequently disconnecting internet and your technicians are reluctant to fix this issue. They keep giving reasons stating the backend link is up and everything is fine. How do I get this resolved? This is the 3rd time I've raised this issue in 2 weeks

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service experience on my Postpaid Jio number. I have been charged ₹1800 extra for undisclosed reasons. Lodged a complaint 3 times but no resolution and customer service don't care. Cannot bear it any more will be porting my number to @airtelindia
