    Harresment,unprofessionalism Bharti Aitel. 8008903921 post paid Platinum member.31st Jan 11pm. SIM is not working. Visited outlet Airtel 4 times changed SIM twice but since last 50 hrs nothing. Do Airtel takes responsibility of my business loss. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    And when I try to contact through their customers care number 121 or 198 then there is not a single option to talk to the executive. I would "NEVER" recommend anyone to use airtel. This kind of service experience would never allow me to "INVEST" in @airtelindia Worst Service.

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed, activated International Roaming pack 5999 for canada on 1st feb 2022 at 10am ist , logged on to network but pack not yet activated, send several emails but no response, the glitch is from airtel end spoke with CC I hope I am not charged extra
