    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Looks lie porting to another provider is the only option available for me, No help received from Airtel care and Customer care, even after talking with them multiple times. That's how you loose your loyal customers.

    @stutiroy1 @airtelindia Switch to Jio. Been a Jio customer for over an year after spending 8 years with Airtel. Better speeds, no drops and better coverage, overall a far better experience. Best part, haven’t had to call the customer care for anything so far.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am suffering huge from last 10 months several time I have messaged, visit service centre as I am not receiving sms except from Airtel in my Airtel number. Is this a too tough situation to solve . You guys are not taking the problem seriously.
