    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested to suspend one of (2) of my airtel digital a/c currently running. Took more than 5 attempts & after 60 min on line, cud finally talk with ur lousy customer care rep, who was not trained properly. But result a zero. Still not done.

    @airtelindia you sucks, poor service ever. Sales guy booked the connection and I paid around 5000 for the connection and in 24hrs I called 100 times to the sales guy and every time he said it took around 1 hour 2 hour and today he was saying your order is incomplete.

    pathetic service @airtelindia i got my xtreme fibre shifted in different city and was told there will be no charges and now i am charged for shifting and on calling customer care i am told that the shifting was done in same city/house so i guess Alwar n jaipur are same now

    @airtelindia been waiting for 3 days for internet connection shifting (Hyderabad->Bangalore). Been a customer for over 7 years ! Have been running behind your engineers (Kishore & Murali) since Sunday. 25 phone calls later, connection is still not live. @Airtel_Presence

    Had worst experience with @airtelindia broadband installation process. First they assigned different area engineer and when he denied to come, they didn't re-assign anyone despite saying installation will be done in 24 hrs after payment. @Airtel_Presence
