@reliancejio SCAM ALERT !! DON'T BUY JIO SIM I bought a new jio sim which offered 28days recharge.just now I opened the sim and it's showing recharge ending today at 5pm.i talked to @JioCare but that guy was extremely rude and told me, go buy new @airtelindia sim, we can't help you.

@airtelindia Then we contacted customer care and after hours of discussion they raised a request 140948182.but they didn't give the refund. Now when we are calling them again they are telling no such request exists. We don't know what to do now.

@airtelindia on 4th March, I applied for fibre connection. Still I haven't got one call from installation team, about when they will come. Atleast you guys can call and tell the customer about the timing of your installation. I would like my refund!!
