    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today while working from home I faced a severe issue during creating hotspot from my phone through AirTel Postpaid SIM. The connection kept dropping. I swapped my phone as well to check if it's my phone. But the issue persisted. Please fix.

    Tweet 3) Date 9th Dec - I called the store manager and he told me that we have to close your number and generate again which will take 7-10 days. The store is 13 km from my house and the team is not able to solve my problem. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @TRAI airtel is no more customer friendly don't care for dth complaint or request no answer of DM. Company needs money no service no resolution. Never go for Airtel DTH.

    What the hell is going on @airtelindia you have registered my number at Data card and now when I complain you are saying sorry it cand be turned to voice card... this number is very important and because of all this i am facing my business loss ... resolve issues asap

    @airtelindia I have been facing my internet connectivity issue since I have got my number port from Vodafone.. I complained on very first day and it been 5 days since I am waiting to get this resolved ... I have not got any update from your side .. it's frustrating now

    The customer service of @airtelindia is degrading. I advise @airtelindia to change their customers service handle to airtel_absence. That will make more sense.

    @airtelindia from last 10 days I raised an issue regarding my bill payments and why there is so many add onn on my bill and still airtel customer care number is not reachable. Waiting for a response from airtel.

    Hi @airtelindia I have been trying to port my number from @VodafoneIN since 22nd of November. But still following up with the local Airtel office for the same. And always get a same reply, that it's under process...!! If your customer service is like this then I have to re think.

    @airtelindia Guys if you are unable to deliver good network in 4G at my location, roll back 3G I don’t care but I need a working network where browsing doesn’t feel like a headache. Really tired of doing Aeroplane mode to refresh network 🙏 do something It’s been 4months🤔

    @airtelindia very poor service . Want a new airtel HD connection on 1300₹ offer period , have tried from app, website not able to enter my city manually . Have talked to your coustmer care services , these guys are pathetic. Not expected this from @airtelindia

    WiFi connection was promised on 18/3, but it’s still not installed. ₹1500 was taken upfront and hasn’t been refunded yet. I’ve been following up continuously for the last 25 days with no proper response. Thanks for Third class service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia there is wifi outage from last 4 hrs, no updates, not possible to raise ticket as dumb ai service agents deployed. Pathetic service. You should provide discount on monthly bill for every hour of discontinuation in service.

    @airtelindia Sitting on the other side of a Service Desk every day, I've seen some terrible support, but gaslighting your customers because your own network can't load the complaint portal takes the absolute cake. Still charging me ₹588/month for this? Absolutely deluded. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia For closing one connection I have wasted some 5-6 hrs and have to raise multiple requests & answer the same question multiple times. Also now there is no means to connect to customer service as it seems all data has been deleted and they have no information and history available

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @airtelindia This has been one of the worst customer service experiences. Your engineers keep giving fake installation timelines for a connection that clearly can’t be delivered on time. On top of that, there’s no way to even reach a customer care. Completely unacceptable.
