After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

@airtelindia We signed up for the broadband service. First it was delayed. Then when the service representative came to start. He left it midway saying "I am going for lunch now". When I said, this isn't right, he said "kya karen" and left saying he will come back in an hour.

Everyday have to climb to the terrace for connectivity just for doing my official works in this Shivering temperature otherwise no options though recharging full amount.
