    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to reach your broadband (xstream fibre) customer care but there is no option to talk to customer care person. It only reaches to the IVR section. Can you please help in getting in touch with customer care team.

    @airtelindia my workplace have 5-6 broadband connections, one of them don’t have network from the last 5 days. Pissed by the local team as they’re acting dumb and aren’t cooperating. In such times when work is mostly online, we’ve no support from Airtel. Please look into it ASAP

    After waiting for the whole day the installation guy told me that he did visit my home but I was no available. Further I am told that my installation will take further 4-5 days. Is this how Airtel works. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This sort of service was not expected at all

    @airtelindia We signed up for the broadband service. First it was delayed. Then when the service representative came to start. He left it midway saying "I am going for lunch now". When I said, this isn't right, he said "kya karen" and left saying he will come back in an hour.
