    After chasing from 5days-Airtel who challenge to be no.1 to fix network issue-have no resolution. As conclusion I realised it’s worst and need lots of improvement. Madhepura people’s and others Vote if you agree. @MadhepuraTimes @airtelindia @Republic_Bharat

    @airtelindia lodged my complaint on 15th Jan for poor network. Person called and said to resolve. No response after that. Again tweeted, person called and again assured to resolve it by 24th. Today is 26th and no improvement. Ghatiya service. They only boast but do nothing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence check the customer feedback and solve problems. Your care centre are not responsible. They close the ticket without solving the problem and not collect the feedback. I face the problem last 6 month but my problem not solve
