  @airtelindia I have very bad experience while i was trying to install the Airtel wifi as the sales guy had promissed to install the wifi on the same day but right now its been 6 days and the request is still not completed. So refund my booking amount under request id: EHJZ945RCW

  @airtelindia I called customer care and they asked to visit store. When I visited the store, the support representative was blaming the issue on me that I shouldn’t have followed the steps given on their official website instead should have visited the store.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very poor customer experience for me. I requested for wifi and DTH onnection on 20th March after relocating to Hyderabad. Of this Wifi got installed on next day but DTH is yet not installed after 21 days. Not any representative contacted me. (1/2)

  @airtelindia Urgent! eSIM transfer (iPhone 12 Pro → 14 Pro) requested via 121. Got confirmation call but no QR code even after 2 days. Old eSIM deactivated → no network. I’m stuck. Active ₹3999 + ₹898 roaming plan. Tried email & DM, no response. Please resolve ASAP.

  Paid ₹1500 to airtel in Dec 25 for a wifi whichwas not installed due to feasibility issues but got bill in Feb and March 26 asking to make payments. Isn't it surprising. All my efforts to convey the problem through 121 or local airtel failed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
