    @airtelindia Airtel black unbundled before 90 days by customer support by providing wrong info and assurance. Credits deducted, more charges added, no rectification provided by 121. Simply asking me to pay money for their mistakes. Most dishonorable behaviour. Looting openly.

    Desd @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using your broadband fiber connection & since last month the connection is so poor. We have been provided with 200mbps speed plan but it takes forever to open a page or to surf. Kindly look into the matter asap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have 8 months of plan left on prepaid no. I do get message before every call I make to recharge as my plan is expiring and rates will go up. This is as irritating as it can get wasting a lot of time. Care to fix?

    The whole year I have raised many complaints with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and the issue repeats and their answers too. Fed up with the way they work on the complaint. Now they have stopped responding to mails and there is no way to speak to a human reg this @DoT_India
