    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network at location is xtremly poor and unstable since last 10 days! the soon electric supply goes we lost network untill the supply get back, Any corrective action will be taken? If yes then when? @DoT_India

    @trai @consumerforum_ you need to really take action against @airtelindia where for an airtel black customer they have done almost nothing to restore airtel fibre service for about a month now. Please let me know how to lodge an official complaint about Airtel

    @airtelindia I have been calling in vain for past 2 weeks to cancel couple of services from my account, which are not available at my current location. Each time support tells me that I will get a callback, which doesn't happen. Can someone look into this, it shouldn't be so difficult to do that. #airtel #customersupport

    @airtelindia i think I need to change my sim to another operator because there is no network in my area other sim operator had 5g network and airtel is still 4g but run like 2g

    Dear @TRAI @DoT_India @airtelindia has become High headed in fideling with customer address & addressing customer by wrong name but Not paying an Apology for the same? Are they Not Liable to punishment for the same ????

    It's a bummer that @airtelindia Xtream DTH box doesn't allow USB debugging option. Was trying to optimise it. I recall facing same issues with Airtel's Xtream Fiber router. Replaced that one easily, but parents depend on this DTH, so need to think first!
