    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even your IVR is also not recognising our inputs feeling very helpless. Very pathetic service in this competitive sector, looting public money by raising tariff for your profit and no one is bother to serve customers

    @airtelindia really bad service while installation of Airtel Xtreme fiber. Saying it will take 2 hours from today afternoon and my issue still not resolved. @airtelbank

    Made a grave mistake by porting from @airtelindia to @BSNL_PB @bsnlmobileindia . No proper network, no internet speed, OTPs are being delayed. No coverage when there's no electricity. I'll have to stick with this for 90 days to get it ported again.
