    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network at location is xtremly poor and unstable since last 10 days! the soon electric supply goes we lost network untill the supply get back, Any corrective action will be taken? If yes then when? @DoT_India

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is absolutely poor, the internet does not work, you need recharge every month, if you have even a little shame left then fix your internet as soon as possible.

    Poor mobile connectivity in Hafaluting, Sivasagar, Assam has persisted for years. Just 10–12 km from town, Airtel and Jio barely work. Everyone depends on mobile data. Why is this still unresolved? Authorities must act now and ensure a permanent solution.@airtelindia @JioCare

    Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?

    @airtelindia my wifi 056523106440 I called many times for disconnection as I m no longer staying to that particular place .. by dates 10 march I paid all dues and spoken but my account is still active .. worst experience pathetic

    I have been facing wifi connection problems for two days whenever i call the customer service they say to wait for 4 hrs. Like seriously? Then add those 4 hrs on our extended recharge!!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I had also applied to convert my TV into Android, which has still not been completed. Your Airtel team keeps asking for more time (1–2 hours repeatedly),but there has been no proper update. Bye Airtel Switching to better service. #Airtel #PoorService @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Absolutely disappointed with Airtel service. My TV issue is still not resolved despite multiple complaints and 3 posts on X. This is unacceptable customer support. I’m done with Airtel. Fix this ASAPor I’m switching for good. #PoorService @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
