@airtelindia. I have an airtel xstream fiber net. My broadband is not working since 3rd june and i made an complain on same day and today is 6 june no action has been taken yet. 😡😡. Stop making fake promises that u can solve any prblm in 24 hrs. Very unprofessional behaviour.

@airtelindia I am highly disappointed from your airtel fibre service. I have said the customer care multiple times to stop my wifi connection but they are not doing it and they are calling me again and again to pay the bill amount which is ridiculous!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been more than 6days i have requested for #AirtelBlack connection to my new house .. your agent came on day1 to collect cash and said within 24hrs service will be established.. after 5days received Fiber .. and #DTH no idea when it will.
