    @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. 🙏📶

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer support is so bad In a 14 minute call you keep me 8 minutes on hold only to tell me I will receive a call from the other team. You guys know to increase the price but no Idea of improving the customer support father it's degrading everyday

    ANOTHER OUTAGE AGAIN TODAY. Zero network on my @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wi-Fi. That is now FIVE major blackouts in barely a month (July 14, Aug 5, Aug 8, Aug 11, Aug 15). Pay full price for endless work disruption and broken fixes. SHAME ON YOU AIRTEL!

    @airtelindia Shame on you! Request ID 11037917426 — I raised a network connectivity complaint, but there is still no proper update or resolution. How long are customers expected to keep waiting? Fix the issue immediately and provide a proper update. @Airtel_Presence

    Hello @airtelindia I switched to a new phone and my esim was transferred yesterday. My SMS posting has issues. I am unable to send/receive messages incl OTPs. Calls work fine. Your 121 call is endless loop. And even app needs an OTP to login. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

    Dear @airtelindia, your network has never been great, but your service is somehow even worse. I paid for a Wi-Fi installation, got a confirmed time slot, and waited the entire day—yet nobody showed up. This is the third time this has happened to me. @Airtel_Presence
