Constant red light issue—hardly worked 10 days. Complaints take 3 days, and it breaks again next day. This is unacceptable. Fix it permanently. 😠😡

If your nonsense chatbot is not able to understand the user's query then it should redirect the chat to human agent. Don't harash the user.
