  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

  Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

  Never thought such a ridiculous service from @Airtel_Presence.In last 45 days everyday they said that broadband would be shifted within 48 hrs,and today they denied shifting saying that area is not feasible.While four connections are active in nearby. @airtelindia is obliging us

  Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , been trying to reach a customer care executive for days to report an issue which can't be solved by raising tickets in the thanks app. I had recently ported to my VI sim to Airtel and I had the worst experience in customer service.
