    Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Airtel is not taking my issue seriously. It's my request to attend my problem. Your internet speed is very worst in my area and even after so many tweets ther is no resolution to my problem. We as customer trust on Airtel but I think now it's time to switch to others

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Through Airtel store, I initiated conversion of my prepaid SIM into postpaid one on June 30. I was intimated that process will be completed within 24 hours by executive and service SMS update. Now, it's been more than 55 hours, why no progress?
