@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia I had complaint on 27feb for router change and it is still not resolved. It is almost 3 days and no solution. The complaint was marked resolved by airtel I don't how even though no one visited at home. I reopen and then it again mark as resolved with no solution.

Finally after so many days I could some how did my recharge on my number. Thank you @Airtel_Presence. However one of the failed recharge refund not yet received even after 5 days. Frankly first time I m disappointed with the service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 18 days done, my installation for the DTH has not been done. Have raised this issue with your customer service but still the issue persists. INSTALLATION HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Why am I have to repeat it everytime? Pathetic service.
