    Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

    Never thought such a ridiculous service from @Airtel_Presence.In last 45 days everyday they said that broadband would be shifted within 48 hrs,and today they denied shifting saying that area is not feasible.While four connections are active in nearby. @airtelindia is obliging us

But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

    @airtelindia No internet connectivity from 6pm, 13-May for Airtel Black ID 10101024612220. Your app bot isn’t even registering a complaint. Completely broken support. This is impacting my work. Fix this immediately or escalate to someone who can. Urgent resolution needed NOW.

    What terrible service provider is @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am from Ranchi and it's been exactly 44 hours since my airtel wifi is down and "allegedly" there has been some technical error . Which type of technical error doesn't get resolved in 2 days, total waste of money.

    Really disappointed with the service from @airtelindia Postpaid. Even as an Airtel Black customer, no proper resolution provided. Disconnection emails go unanswered and support agents fail to give correct resolutions on calls. “Premium” service only in name. #Airtel #AirtelBlack

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A ticket was raised for no network being received in post paid SIM. Spoke to customer care and visited airtel store. No action till date. Ticket Closed without action. No response from you despite multiple posts. Is this incompetence or arrogance?

    @airtelindia seriously what kind of Internet do you provide . Frequent disconnections.Not able to join Teams calls . I have purchased a 100Mbps plan and the speed i get is just 40. After raising multiple tickets from the past 10 days today an engineer comes home he says sir we have done backend configuration and now in my mobile it's showing 100 mbps . I am trying to tell him the issue is still there and it's the same with my devices he never listens to . It's showing 100 on my phone and he just leaves . I call his manager to complain about the same and he is next level . He gives a reply saying technician mobile shows 100 mbps issue resolved. What kind of people you hire as managers and engineers

    @airtelindia why there is no way to connect to your customer support? Everything is automated and useless. I am not able to transfer my esim and now I am not able to use it 😡 @reliancejio has better transfer process than yours. Need support related to this @airtelindia
