But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

    Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Never thought such a ridiculous service from @Airtel_Presence.In last 45 days everyday they said that broadband would be shifted within 48 hrs,and today they denied shifting saying that area is not feasible.While four connections are active in nearby. @airtelindia is obliging us

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

    @airtelindia gives the worst experience to a customer in refference to a service they should take care of as soon as the number is allocated to a person.

    @TechJunkies @airtelindia @airtelnews I have paid the amount yesterday morning for Airtel Fiber Connection. Sales person has promised the Installation in an hour. But it has been 24 hours and there is no response from Airtel. Worse service & no regard for time.

    @airtelindia Registered a complaint with Airtel on 21st May with a 48-hour resolution promise. Even after 3 days and 3 reminder calls,still no action. Disappointed with such poor customer service & zero accountability from a brand that claims to prioritise customer experience .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Because of Airtel’s failure, I was even forced to exit Airtel Black and lost bundled benefits despite being a paying customer. This is wrongful service denial and harassment. Immediate senior intervention, restoration, and resolution required.
