@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

@airtelindia 1/2. New broadband connection requested. Agent landed at my place within 2hours, collected payment,gave installation appointment for same day. Stopped responding afterwards. Chased support for two days, no response from the team, cancelled the order.

Even after waiting for 72 hours, the engineer did not show up on scheduled meet for @airtelindia fiber activation! Also, the customer care support is useless. I’ve been hearing the same since 3 days. Nothing is fixed yet!! @Airtel_Presence #Airtel #airtelcares

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @vittalgopal Can u beat the harrasement of Airtel Black customer. AIRTEL black plan1799 was taken 2.5 month back with 190 gb data but still getting 100 gb. Realised&Raised a SR on 29 Jan and after talking to 3 supervisors it is still not done.
