Never thought such a ridiculous service from @Airtel_Presence.In last 45 days everyday they said that broadband would be shifted within 48 hrs,and today they denied shifting saying that area is not feasible.While four connections are active in nearby. @airtelindia is obliging us

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia Everyday I am facing slow internet issue, sometimes edge & sometimes gprs. Can u just believe it? In a metro city Kolkata, there is such bad..I would say the worst coverage. Not only that, I face call drop & u know how embarrassing is that. Let me know your thoughts.

@airtelindia I never seen the worst carrier like u. I have been reporting the carrier issues continuously since Nov 2020, there is no resolution. U guys r not in position to understand how difficult it is for us doing work from home. Stop advertising & work on the improvement.
