Augustine Ashal (@Augustine_ashal) reported@airtelindia dth reminder is hell. sms starts coming relentlessly 7 days before pack expiry. when the tv is on, the on-screen reminder doesnโt go away for more than a minute. automated calls come daily. if the number is blocked, an sms still arrives saying they tried to call about pack expiry. and whatsapp messages are another irritant. why the hell are you doing this? and when there are genuine concerns or complaints, you guys donโt respond. ai support is hell. throw your airtel thanks app in the bin, itโs disgusting. registered a request to relocate airtel fiber from ground floor to first floor. no response for 3 months. but when i requested a new connection, it was done in a day and the ground floor one was cancelled. what exactly are you guys trying to prove here? you must be smoking some hell of a stone.
