    At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

    Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Never thought such a ridiculous service from @Airtel_Presence.In last 45 days everyday they said that broadband would be shifted within 48 hrs,and today they denied shifting saying that area is not feasible.While four connections are active in nearby. @airtelindia is obliging us

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

    Even with excellent 5G coverage, active recharge with 5G benefits, and a phone that supports 5G, the daily 2GB quota is exhausted quickly and speed drops to just a few KB/s. @VkValverdestan is experiencing this consistently. @airtelindia Please investigate why the unlimited 5G benefit is not working as expected and restore proper data speeds. Customers paying for 5G should receive the promised service. #EthosReviews #ConsumerRights

    Switched to @airtelindia just to post this as Jio internet wasn’t working. 1. Call issues for 1+ month. 2. Requested AirFiber disconnection on Apr 15, still billed. 3. New AirFiber also has frequent outages. Very disappointing. Please resolve. @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - More than five hours have passed, and the issue still persists. What’s even more disappointing is that we have not received a single notification or update about this outage, whether planned or unplanned. Such a lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short of basic professional standards.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been almost 3 hours, and the service is still not restored. Unfortunately, this has become a repetitive issue. I have already suggested a possible solution to your technical teams, but there seems to be little urgency in implementing it. Please let me know if this matter needs to be escalated to the CEO’s office. I would be happy to share the details and highlight the recurring service concerns.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the process for porting to other service providers is a very very hectic process they don't do instantly as said it will take 2 months mostly to complete the porting process especially for post paid users.

    @airtelindia Internet unusable since 06 June despite 5G signal. Complaint raised, resolution pushed to 23 June. Full charges collected, no proper response. How are customers expected to work, bank and make UPI payments without internet?

    @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn You should know the what is commitment for your customers! Your team is telling me lie since 5 days that my WiFi will work but still we are not getting internet. My location is Ahmedabad. One of the worst WiFi service I have ever experienced.
