Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

@TRAI @airtelindia Please look into the matter , if we port from Airtel to other networks we have to recharge a minimum of 129 i.e. an unlimited pack which is a higher amount many customers facing this issue...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence first they call me to tell your internet shd be up and running. Then they are shocked that’s it’s not fixed. Then they need more time. Then they say if we fix it now. We cannot disconnect it tomorrow. And give you a new connection on Saturday.
