    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

    At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, My sim suddenly stopped working y'day night. It says 'Emergency calls only'. I cross checked by placing it in a different phone. Still no luck. Your Airtel Thanks app has no option to log this kind of request. DM me for details.

    @airtelindia - please stop spending on marketing , have a look at customer problems and analyze the problems .. day to day your network performance is dropping and airtel customer support is an another miserable topic to do research for young MBA interns #airtel_bad_service

    10+tyms switched flight mode on&off,5+tyms Sim removed& re-inserted.Finally found a way to get good internet connection.Removed @airtelindia sim and flushed it into toilet. Inserted new @VodaIdea_NEWS , Such a pathetic network ever I used,better sell it to Jio or Vi

    Its been a month now and nothing has changed. No one from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even tried to resolve my issue. Good going! that's exactly how you provide service to your customers.

    Useless internet is provided by @airtelindia .. Runs in 5kbps, can't stream videos and can't use whatsapp. Stop posting ads that airtel provides best internet n stuffs... Ur network is damn poor, cheating people, WTF @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
