At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

Today I am very very frustrated with the Airtel network. I am in ballia city and airtel tower is about 500 meters from my house and I am not getting proper network for calling and if I talk about internet then I can say that airtel is performing worst. @airtelindia @airtelnews

It has been a very bad experience with @airtelindia broadband support. Ticket says resolution by 12th may and have got update that technician visit is for 14th may. Seriously? You claim 24hrs for installation & take 3days for a technician visit? @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

@airtelindia it seems some MAD DOGS too works for this company. Because,whenever the customer care number is called they don't pick. Only DOGS are trained such that they listen what BOSS only says, not what customer says. . But when it's about BILL PAYMENT, they bark all day .
