  At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @VittalGopal I am facing poor Internet service. Gave complaint on 28Feb. complaint was closed without resolving it. Again I gave complaint on 23Mar. Bt no solution till now. No response in dm also. Dis is how airtel behave with their customer.

  @airtelindia your #airtelthanks app sucks big time. Unable to neither find the transaction or transaction ID on the app nor my mobile is recharged. But you have successfully debited my account. Also cant make calls when Rs.81/- already in acc balance. You've just lost a customer.

  @airtelindia I m sorry to inform you that airtel has one of the worst customer support and service provider. I have raised issue 9 times in 2 month but they don't care to provide solution. I m not going to pay my bill till I get issue resolve.@PMOIndia
