    At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we have a corporate connection with Vodafone running 15 to 20 numbers post paid. If you can offer us a solution we will be happy to port out and be with airtel. We are paying roughly around 6000 a month for the services. #ballia

But I have tried all companies at last I choose @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I believe in it and I know the service is once again get better shortly. They never disappoint to their customers.

    Please beware of getting intl roaming service from @airtelindia . They make you prepay the entire amount and then don't give the promised service. When you complain and ask for refund, they simply say, "Your problem", and then stop responding. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My company has more than 20 cards issues with Airtel -Vadodara under CUG yet Airtel has no professionalism to even pick up calls or attend any request. Pathetic service.

    Worst Service by @airtelindia On 16-05-22, I raised request to shift broadband connection with ticket - 10039115490 in morning around 10.30 am. It's being 48 hrs, still not shifted. After calling the customer care, they only say wait for 2 hrs, issue is escalated but no solution

    @airtelindia Broadband and Landline services are down since 15th May at some parts of Ernakulam, Kerala. Raised a complaint on 16th May, but no responses yet (even an update)??? Come on on Airtel ???

    4/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @hyderabad looks like your team was sleeping for 4 days and only when I have been calling them they have woke up.. Mr. Avnee Singh Puri this a speed issue with your team please have your engineeras work on employee speed.

    @pooja_Dks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel, what the hell is wrong with you, first u sent wrong name of guy and now some1 from gurgaon to Bangalore customer?, Its been 7 days of hell with 10+hrs of calls and waiting. I was on call for 2 hrs today itself. U forced us to recharge for connection.

    Recharged my @airtelindia no. after months for my secondary phone and not getting VoLTE, this is why I never prefer @Airtel_Presence.
