    At our place, there is gud network signal of @airtelindia brand but poor 4g speed in surfing internet. In ur 2g network signal, it is worst. can't even contact with 2g user. 2g connectivity is horrible. A humble request u to plz fix this both 2g and 4g network. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had booked Airtel black service which includes fiber and dth. I paid all the subscription charges. On 9th August fiber got installed but dth is not yet connected. Worst service from Airtel.

    @airtelindia I have ported my jio sim to airtel last week and yesterday the network came in the new sim at night and i was unable to use anything .Download the Airtel thanks app which i did and it shows me to recharge which I did 599 now sms on just calling works no internet

    @airtelindia I put in a cancellation request for my broadband today and supervisor initially tried to retain me eventually hung up on me as I didn't want to continue with Airtel - I can't believe they are service provider wherein there action do not make them fall into services
