    @airtelindia Please do something in my city that is Danapur Patna Bihar. Poorest network in Patna Bihar. Problems we are facing: 1. Voice cutting during calls, 2. 4G data speed is actually 2G 3. Network shows 2 to 3 bars everywhere in Patna specially in my area Danapur

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel please do not make our situation worse. Mobile signal is very bad in our area (isa nagar Phulwari Sharif Patna Bihar ). Can't place calls. We want to stay connected with our families and friends. No need to describe Corona Pandemic.

    @airtelindia I have Airtel One and I opted for IPTV. Paid 500 to get the order generated. Waited until next day to learn from service guy that he doesn’t service IPTV. Reported the issue to Black dedicated support and also X support but nothing has happened. Been more than 48 hrs

    Update from an Airtel Black customer: Today I learned that the most difficult part of customer support isn’t fixing the issue… It’s successfully registering a complaint.     Extremely disappointed @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn Wi-Fi coverage is poor, and despite repeated attempts, the assigned technician is not answering calls. Customer care is unable to properly assist or even raise a simple request for Wi-Fi relocation within the same flat.
