    Very disappointing service of @Airtel wifi as for last more than a month my @airtelindia vide ID 061247132854 of package Rs.589 is disrupted.Attempts to send money failed twice and no action to revive it and get the subscription.

    @Speedtest @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @DoT_India @TRAI airtel has been worst network working in india. I have been complaining sonce more than a year for network issue but hardly they notice. No resolution or improvememt at all. Even 2G not working. Total dead.

    @airtelindia you have crossed all limits of fairness in business. One - taking 2-2 charge for one connection and then customer is asking to discontinue services, not allowing him to disconnect. Shameless company, not to deal anytime.

    @airtelindia extremely poor customer service and internal processes. A disconnection request hasnโ€™t been processed in 3 months, instead I get harassed by repeated payments team calls. Iโ€™ve escalated this issue numerous times to no avail. Poor poor processes. What I talk to..

    @airtelnews Hi Mr Shashwant, @airtelindia very disappointed to tell you about network and internet service in Central Noida. Every day at around 8-9 pm the network internet service got disrupted. Even call also getting disconnected. Today internet since 5-10 pm in Delhi and Noida not working

Since visit of technician on 23rd Jul, there is no response or service call. @airtelindia sent the wrong technician for shifting, thereafter to reassign the task to a technician has taken two weeks, even after talking to customer service no action
