    @airtelindia despite having tower at just 1km away why their is just one bar in my mobile. My current location is Bherhariya, Siyarampur, Paliganj, Patna, Bihar. Kindly fix it ASAP as i am facing problem in working from home.

    I'm done withe the airtel. Everytime there's a network issue. They charged from us a huge amount yet failed to provide proper network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Very poor Airtel internet connectivity at home even though Jio is showing full network strength with better internet connectivity. Reached cust support multiple times but no proper resolution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i ma unable to send/receive messages & going to report it with customer care, as per IBR instructions my complaint has been recorded and details thare through SMS, When a have issue in SMS then how can you send me details through SMS @TRAI

    I am surprised by myself that I have been using the services of @airtelindia still. Today's average speed has been around 40-50kbps. Also tried to DM but no response. Such disgusting service and that too for a postpaid connection!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Please do something in my city that is Danapur Patna Bihar. Poorest network in Patna Bihar. Problems we are facing: 1. Voice cutting during calls, 2. 4G data speed is actually 2G 3. Network shows 2 to 3 bars everywhere in Patna specially in my area Danapur

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your airtel UPI is a worst platform ... I have recharged my airtel prepaid through your UPI and now payment is pending.your customer care official is saying that it would be refunded within 10 working days. Disappointed..

    Very disappointing service of @Airtel wifi as for last more than a month my @airtelindia vide ID 061247132854 of package Rs.589 is disrupted.Attempts to send money failed twice and no action to revive it and get the subscription.

    @airtelindia want to thank Airtel Xtreme fiber for providing me blistering speed of 0 Mbps..YES that is ZERO MBPS speed even after 36 hrs of installation !!! they haven't been able to configure the modem and I don't even have the login credentials. BRAVO !
