I have been complaining sonce more than a year for network issue but hardly they notice. No resolution or improvememt at all. Even 2G not working. Total dead.

Voice calls take 1โ2 minutes to connect. Even after connecting, there is often no audio from either side. Calls have to be disconnected and reconnected 2โ3 times before they work. Mobile internet is also extremely slow and unstable. This is not an individual issueโalmost all Airtel users in the area are experiencing the same problem. Kindly investigate the local tower/network and restore normal service at the earliest.
