    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Pls disconnect your connection at my house and return my 6 months advance. Horrible customer service. Can't even talk to a human, only IVR or AI. 12 disconnects in 34 days. Horrible experience. #noairtelanymore.

    @airtelindia your internet and customer care services both are worst. Mobile network and wifi both are down since last 3-4 days. Customer care calls are not getting connected. On raising complaint it is showing resolution by 26th June. Do u people think i ll wait till 26th.

    @AxisBankSupport Hey man I thought these calls stopped, but again I got “service call” which is a disguised telemarketing call for FD/ULIP plans again from this number: +91 160-0304405. Of course they are doing it with top management blessings. Strict action should be taken @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel boost of its services but it now over 28 hours that it's wifi service is not available, 2nd day in a week that wifi is not available, there is no customer care support for reporting also. After the Airtel Tanks App the customer support has become unreachable.

    @airtelindia Promised an Airtel connection in Chennai within 2 days. It’s been 4+ days. Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number. Extremely disappointing. #Airtel #AirtelXstream

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the relocation service. I was given a relocation slot between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM, but no one contacted me. Customer care couldn’t provide any update and eventually disconnected the call. I have to vacate my room today. @AirtelWiFi143

    The @airtelindia doesn't move an inch to restore the breakdown that has happened to 17 households. I doubt if they have any foot on ground! The affected area is just a 1km roadside strip that ideally takes 6 to 8 hours to fix. But it is more than 100 hours now of no response!
