    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    How much time is expected to resolve customer issue when I shared all the required details on DM to @Airtel_Presence, for a multinational it’s a trivial issue but it seems that the Airtel employees not interested to work for customer and even for the company @airtelindia @TRAI

    All users are highly frustrated. Please upgrade/convert our location network to 5G as soon as possible so we can get proper connectivity and remain with Airtel.If this isn't resolved quickly, we will be forced to port our numbers to another network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

They are very prompt to send a sms regarding the network down during work hours and after 2 hours of network up again.. why don't they fix the problem permanently or change their software .. they are charging huge money or is it @narendramodi hai to mumkin hai

    @airtelindia Our #Airtel WiFi account has not been working for the last 22 days. Complaint No: 11029534713. We have been continuously following up with your team for more than 20 days, but the support has been extremely poor. Due to your worst customer support, we are planning to switch to another service provider
