@airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How do you compensate impact of outage on customers? If I miss paying my bill by 1 day then you charge Rs. 100 extra. Does same logic applies for your outages? Worst part is horrible customer care experience.

@airtelindia Not sure what kind of customer service you are providing, I have upgraded to xtreme box on 8th Dec and till now my Disney+ subscription for 1 year is not activated despite calling customer care many times, no satisfactory response at all.
