    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. There chatbot is so useless. I have disconnected my mesh router and they are still charging me monthly and haven't refunded my security deposit. they are closing the complaints without any reason. @reliancejio is far better

    Just wanted to know if BSNL has better internet or not. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.

    @airtelindia Look at your landline service , no customer care agent comes only IVR , everytime a new timeline is give....why we pay you for whole month its a cheat....@MIB_India @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia clear case of cheating. Agreed for 1GB loan. Never used. Was not in my phone. Had to get others help to book cab. At home using WiFi. I find 1021MB of 1 GB left. How ? Take back. Should not deduct data from phone. Cheating customers

    @airtelindia it is shameful because their is no way we can contact the support team..the chatbot is useless and can't resolve any query...the duopoly is just eating the customers...I recharged my number and the amount is still not showing up and money is deducted.
