    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Wifi in my area is not working properly from last more than 10 days and I am daily getting msgs from Airtel regarding this issue. Can I know an estimated time to get this issue resolved as this is impacting work and DTH also.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What kind of coordination is this? Yesterday morning, I called customer care to inquire about IPTV. During the call, the representative explained the benefits and proceeded to combine our postpaid numbers and Wi-Fi services.

    Hey @airtelindia your service is a joke. Call drops every time I try to reach customer care. Promised 2 days for Fiber instln now day 4 & nothing. Install it by tmrw or I am lodging an official consumer complaint.Hpy to go back to Jio's 100 Mbps over your fake 1 Gbps promises.

    @Sreema_Sree @airtelindia I am also facing the same issue. This is pure harassment! If @airtelindia don’t want to respond the issue …. Please disconnect and give air fibre option. Bunch of lazy on-site technicians are delaying the work.

    Worst customer services by @airtelindia . They will take advance payment from them and then you keep running after them. Total fraud. Sales people have so baf attitude. They won't even pick call after taking payment @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Fiber relocation issue – very poor service. Shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. Airtel disconnected and took all equipment same day. Even after 9 days, WiFi is NOT installed. Request shows “in progress” in app but no engineer assigned. Daily calling support but only false promises “engineer will come today”. DTH fixed after delay, but Fiber still pending. Registered Mobile: XXXXX90667 Location: Mylapore, Chennai Please escalate immediately and resolve TODAY.
