    @airtelindia Hi , I want to report an issue regarding low speed net services from evening to morning. Here in #sheikhpura net services work fine in morning but at night the net services are suspended for no reason speed is like 7-8kbps. Please solve this at the earliest.

    @airtelindia from what it seems "yelling at the customer" and hanging up on them extremely rudely appears to be your way of providing #customerservice? Kindly note all this is being done online, customer may have made a mistake. Thats not the way to react!

Everytime we have to face same issue again & again, really shame on your team, today is my last day of recharge, believe me I will switch to another service provider if not fixed.
