I talk to "dedicated relationship manager" about closing the SR No without resolving & he/she simply replies "sorry for the inconvenience".

@airtelindia I am using Airtel Broadband since last 2 years and internet speed has downgraded really bad since last one month, no way to talk to anyone, it's just useless bot who does nothing. please resolve it ASAP
