  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My airtel xstream services are down since 14th...complaint raised on 15th and till this time there is no resolution. Every month same issue and if I compile your downtime messages at least 10% of the time the network is down. Simply pathetic.

  @Namit85121818 @airtelindia Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

  @airtelindia I have raised a complaint on 13th April as I was not able to use wifi even though there are pending dues from my side. Still I haven't recd any call or msg from ur concerned team for resolution. Complaint no.10030759642
