Made a request on 29 july and 30 july on Twitter , no response, then on 3 july on customer care on 2 times . They said arranging call back from senior but not received yet.

Moreover, removed Rs.299 plan. Am unsure what's the need of RCing 349 if no network. Planning to shift JIO this month once my current plan about to expire.
