@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seems I would be forced to port out of Airtel, as there is no network coverage at Pusa (Samastipur), Bihar for past many months now. It shows your indifference towards your customers. Please improve your services to retain many customers like me

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really frustrated with Airtel's service. Purchased Airtel black plan where they claim to offer 1 month free service. But this was nothing but a sham, Got complete bill for first month with additional charges. Complained to #airtelCC multiple times.
