@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If there are duplicate prepaid reacharges made for the same number, then is is possible to cancel one recharge and refund the money to the customer's account (the second recharge that was done in error)

@airtelindia @airtelindia Very disheartening that you claim best network but truth is something else. Here in Shillong, Meghalaya Airtel network is not working since 3-4 weeks. Very difficult to access anything on web & also difficulty’s in calling & receiving. Pls do something
