@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Seems I would be forced to port out of Airtel, as there is no network coverage at Pusa (Samastipur), Bihar for past many months now. It shows your indifference towards your customers. Please improve your services to retain many customers like me

I really don't understand y @airtelindia customer care people behaving like stupids I was relocating to another home. So called the customer care for temporary suspension. That lady said she done it But that was not happened. Unnecessarily 4 days of balance wasted in my account
