@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

Broadband at my place is not working since 14th Feb.I have raised complaint about it but no solution has been provided yet. What is more disappointing is that the the service engineers calls me and says we are visiting but no one has attended yet. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
