@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

@airtelindia I have raised a bill discrepancy where have been implied with international roaming charges while I was on trip to Aasam (which I hope you know, is part of India). 4 follow ups and still no resolution! #suffering of 13+year old customer relationship. 😣
