    @airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

    Heard @TRAI saying that @airtelindia lost 46.13 lakh of its mobile users. Congratulations! Add millions more to that list. As you ain't giving a damn to the issues. It's been 3 months when I started complaining, that too on social media, but issues are still as those were. Worst.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Mobile network of airtel working bad. I am back when I am using 2g I feel that 2g speed is much better than current speed. I am visiting for 2 days in this place & really I feel that airtel is indias superfast network. Now I tweet through @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services Everytime I call they just say it will be done our backend team will call back but nothing happens. You guys record calls for Quality purpose but do you really go back and check if customer issue resolved?

    If you want loot money then why are you running company. It's not a begger platform.... Looting money from customer irrespective of good/bad service. Need your customer care with human interaction to claim days of stopped service but it's not available. @airtelindia @FibreAirtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hey , i have applied prepaid to postpaid connection in airtel app and there you show within 24hrs sim will be activated, but its been 10 days my sim is not upgraded to postpaid, disappointed , kindly look into the matter , i call customer care daily

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia Team, I had raised the unbundle request before my last billing cycle. However, it is still showing 22 days left until the next bill. Could you please clarify why this is the case? Also, why is my Wi-Fi service still active despite the request?
