Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

My work has been severely impacted, & I've lost an entire working day because of this outage. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. This is extremely disappointing.

When I contacted the service manager in Karaikudi about this, they said that no service request has been received so far.
