    Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service and pathetic support. Have been complaining and following up since ages about how pathetic your Internet connectivity is here. Still no improvement. Your nodal officer asks to switch to another operator. #internetdown

    Heard @TRAI saying that @airtelindia lost 46.13 lakh of its mobile users. Congratulations! Add millions more to that list. As you ain't giving a damn to the issues. It's been 3 months when I started complaining, that too on social media, but issues are still as those were. Worst.

    @airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

    @airtelindia we are using airtel fibre wifi, speed is very poor we try to connect with customer support. Every time we get same answer that network congestion is there, seems like a hardcoded statis response is pasted there

    When a wifi is not working ,2 nd time in a week(Request no.11034199701)and slot booked 11am-12pm ,but engineer does not came,customer care says slot booking is accdng to customer,but engineer will do according to his time,so do wait,as customers time is not importnt @airtelindia
