@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

@airtelindia sorry to say that u deactivate outgoing calls just 2 days after the payment due date. I am a very old customer & have made payments always and if due to some reasons it was not made on time this is your so called CUSTOMER SERVICE
@airtelindia there has no action been taken on my complaint repeatedly on the network and now you people are saying that if I don't pay the bill you will disconnect my line.

@airtelindia SR3003552804 & SR3003552804 closed without providing information. There were many more SR's which have been closed without prior information. Struggling with customer care to get my issues resolved. Can something be done or should I think of ending my association?

One more call received from fake airtel customer care 8388806744 Saying please go to play store type qs & install team viewer quick support. I asked some cross question then he used abusive language & disconnected the call @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India #fraud #fake
@airtelindia Your team is unable to provide me a solution to my problem. What kind of Customer Service is this? Should I stop all my #Airtel connections and instead move to @reliancejio #JioFibre? At least they care for their Customers. What say?
