@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

@airtelindia #Airtel#AirtelBlack please note you have never kept your commitments. My customer id is 3044561797-001. I was never able to access any OTT channels. You associate is saying I am not eligible for those plans even though I haved opted for Rs 1099/- AirtelBlack plan.

Airtel service analysis last 20 days: Outage restored after 8 days After 1day again outage then restored after 2days. After 7days again outage. Today's 3days nobody called/attended the complaint. This is Airtel customer service. Think again. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

@airtelindia This is a big lie. Please do not believe on them. I have opted for Airtel black plan and till today we are not able to access their OTT channels. Complined many times to their customer care but they said I am not eligible. Cheaters!!!!!!

@airtelindia Sir you have cheated us. I have opted for Airtel Black plan. Paid Rs 2000/-. But till now not able to access any OTT channels, Prime and Disney hotstar channels. Called your customer care multiple time but never the problem was resolved.
