@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

Heard @TRAI saying that @airtelindia lost 46.13 lakh of its mobile users. Congratulations! Add millions more to that list. As you ain't giving a damn to the issues. It's been 3 months when I started complaining, that too on social media, but issues are still as those were. Worst.

@airtelindia We are having Airtel broadband connection in my house. We are facing frequent disconnection issues. Two days per week is the frequency. We are not getting any support from local team. Please look into it at higher level.
