@airtelindia Dear Sir, Currently im using Vodafone Prepaid so im very fed up with Vodafone so i have decided to Switch in Airtel Postpaid but I am Visited your Store in Begusarai they told me that out of Begusarai we don't provide postpaid connection. NEED HELP

Never expected such response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Closed the complainant without any resolution. Such a pathetic customer experience. Will try to not use any airtel services in future and recommend the same to others as well

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we raised complaint for no - worki g remote. The service engineer came, gave another non-working remote, changed something in the dish, took 650 bucks and went away. Now he is not coming back and the complaint is unresolved. What a service!
