@airtelindia Dear Sir, Currently im using Vodafone Prepaid so im very fed up with Vodafone so i have decided to Switch in Airtel Postpaid but I am Visited your Store in Begusarai they told me that out of Begusarai we don't provide postpaid connection. NEED HELP

@airtelindia 1st complaint raised on 13th Oct 2022, engineer came played with wires and said problem has been resolved, took 150 rs as service charges. Facing same issue from 18th Oct 2022. Today raised a complaint for same thing. Pathetic Service Airtel. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia This is highly absurd that your customer service is worst your technician try to repair someone’s connection and end up interrupting mine well after that I had to contact your customer service agents for like 6 time that was of no help. It’s been almost 24 hours

@airtelindia - Wrong payment made by me on 01 Oct, raised complaint same day, Yesterday followed up to check status & I was told to share cancelled Cheque. Now the updated TAT is 08Nov. I demand immediate refund in 48 hrs. Holding over 7 Airtel connections & do not expect this!!!
