@airtelindia Dear Sir, Currently im using Vodafone Prepaid so im very fed up with Vodafone so i have decided to Switch in Airtel Postpaid but I am Visited your Store in Begusarai they told me that out of Begusarai we don't provide postpaid connection. NEED HELP

@dineshcrazy9 @JioCare @airtelindia Trust me! They only have an AI bot to respond to our complaining tweets but without any solution. Also, they replaced their entire human customer care team with a useless AI system.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is not working properly from a week. In a day only 4 or 5 minutes network is available. Daily data limit also ended without any use. Please do something. It is vexing because it crossed the limit.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Last 10 days before I switched from bsnl to airtel because I thought I would get a good service but it is totally opposite with my expectation. I think I need to switch it again to gain the good service which is not provided by airtel.
