Since yesterday network problem is at its peak. Even making call is not possible. Continuously network is completely gone and only emergency call appears. @airtelindia is not taking concern even after so many complaints. @Airtel_Presence You're just exploiting the customer.😡

@Airtel_Presence Your customer care service didn't even know the issue, they didnt even try to solve the issue, when the service man contacted cc, the representative disconnected the call abruptly with out even answering properly @airtelindia airtel doesn't care any more.

@Airtel_Presence Please do not create further confusion. I know what I have recharged for and what my previous plan was. The simple point is @airtelindia software is not good enough to understand future recharges and as a customer I wronged by doing the recharge ahead of time.
