    @airtelindia Dear Sir, Currently im using Vodafone Prepaid so im very fed up with Vodafone so i have decided to Switch in Airtel Postpaid but I am Visited your Store in Begusarai they told me that out of Begusarai we don't provide postpaid connection. NEED HELP

    @Airtel_Presence Pls do something regarding network coverage optimization. Don't say DM etc. DM was used for Personal details such as mobile no. There is no option to register complaint on @airtelindia website. 198 very is busy, Appellate level no is chargeable. How to complaint? Cc @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is a reason you guys are the worst internet provider in India. All show and no go. I requested for the Fiber connection on 7th Mar, fully advance paid request. I cancelled it, because it took more than 10 days to install. #AirtelXtream

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I contacted the customer support on 14th March regarding the refund status. I was told that the cancellation was successful and I will get my refund in 7-10 working days.
