Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband 🙏… Connecting to TV is Horrible 🤬… Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

The reason they are giving is that my area does not provide unlimited 5G whereas I used to get it earlier. The customer care is pathetic and their representatives at care centers are even more pathetic.
