    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     Held hostage by @airtelindia? 🚨 Traveled to Lucknow Chowk store to change my postpaid plan—staff failed. Called customer care—they failed. Now system blocks my MNP port-out request due to a "bundle offer." Unacceptable trap. Resolve this & clear my porting code! @TRAI

    @JioCare worst service provider in India. Worst customer care. Problems have been going on for two weeks with no resolution at all. Only constant hang ups from your end. Will be porting to @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Wi-Fi has been completely down in my area for the last 10 days. This is unacceptable service. I expect this resolved immediately AND a 15-day extension on my validity to compensate for this massive disruption. Please fix this. #AirtelDown
