@airtelindia it has been a nightmare speaking to your customer care team. 4 days and not one person who can get a Wi-Fi router installed. We're in 2023 and am still spending days talking to customer care and being kept on and endless loop of hold with absolutely no solution!!

@airtelindia Internet not working past 24 hrs. Complaint raised but no engineer assigned till now. Very sad state of customer care even for platinum layer. Customer care says that wait till complaint is resolved by field engineer. Question is till when? Ticket I'd 10133707588
