    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got an SMS today from Airtel that I need to recharge & Incoming will be blocked by 19th June. If you are so concerned about recharge then why was your official site down yesterday evening when I wanted to recharge via online payment? Please DM 🙏

    @airtelindia I am regular airtel black customer for the last 2 yrs. I had an issue for my Jan bill payment for which I have been following up with customer care for the last 3-4 months but till date no resolution has been provided. Today my Airtel connection has been disconnected

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you service is beyond disappointing. Almost 3 weeks since i requested for airtel fiber & not even a single response or effort from your team despite me calling no of times. Treating customers like clowns is it ? such incompetence & laziness.Terrible!
