    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Don't Come around the world that "Fast Internet services". Worst service from Airtel. For Plan Upgradation, u have taken 13 days but still it's not upgraded (SRN 10130786154: It will be resolved by 30/01/2023)

    [2/n] @airtelindia Engineer never visited but he wanted us to postpone the visit, we refused to share the otp so he is keeping our problem on hold. @TRAI we have already contacted the customer care officials but no resolution till yet.

    @airtelindia My 4G sim card been malfunctioning since yesterday, #airtelstore didn't even check the problem just asked me to pay 200 bucks and get a new sim. Is that how it works? Very unprofessional behaviour over that, I expect better. It's time for network swap instead.
