    So yesterday I found out that I'm unable to send SMS through my @airtelindia SIM. I called the customer care, and the guy on the other side said that I can't send SMS coz I've recharged with the 79 Rs. plan. And also, as per new norms, I can't use my main balance to send (2/3)

    @airtelindia : Pathetic, worst broadband service in Xstream Fiber. Wifi has not been working since 12:30 PM today. Is this a joke??? 2nd such incident happening within 9 months. WFH, weekend everything is getting affected

    @Airtel_Presence I am not able to use wifi from last 2 days and my SR is getting closed again and again without resolution. Is this new way of working post covid by @airtelindia ? I got happy code to share post resolution without that only SR closed, WOW.

    SMS. I've to recharge with either an unlimited plan or atleast Rs 128 plan to use my 30 Rs. main balance to send SMS. I had nothing to say after listening to this. This is seriously a very bad step @airtelindia . Now I got the point why people are porting to @reliancejio . (3/3)
