    What an amazing rules @airtelindia!! Iam postpaid user who wants to replace the sim as it is not working. This is my primary no. And it is off since one week. No OTPs, no phone calls, no messages. To replace sim you need airtel store and there is no airtel store around 80km.

    @airtelindia Worst service! Iam gold member of prepaid service facing network issue since last 8 days. When I ON data, sim network disabled or going to edge network unable to use data services. Customer care said change the sim I changed but problem still same. What's wrong?

    @airtelindia Requested many times fiber line upgrade but they never provide one with excuse of feasibility even there are nearby lines are digged, its costing me on old age copper line and not getting required speed,facility and stability.

    @airtelindia recharged with 10, then 79 Rs pack still I'm unable to send a sms. Shouldn't the main bal gets deducted for a sms? Wasn't 79 rs Or 10 rs main bal enough to send a single text to port out? @TRAI how could you allow them to remove sms service from all these recharges?

    Very poor service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. I had done recharge in the morning today and still the services not resumed. It has been more than 6 hours now. I can't find a way to talk to your customer support..

    I apply airtel new postpaid sim online still they charged one time activation charger! Yu are just making customer Fool make false charges ! If hope you any shame resolve my problem I will trying last 5 days @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
