@airtelindia why does your collection department call for payment before the bill is generated saying I used International roaming for a week. I am someone who has been a customer for more than 5 years with 4 other connections. Probably you want me to switch to another provider.

@airtelindia Sent you the number on DM. The agent claims the previous "prepaid" service (Oct '22) continued even after the validity expired. And for the lathargy from your side you billing me by slashing my current plan's validity. Waah #Airtel 👏🏼

@airtelindia I am happy about Airtel customer care or appellate useless to care the customer concerns. Any subscribers are getting messages for each 5 minutes? From 2 to 3 months i am complaining about annoying messages. No body able to find out resolution that no other subscribers are not

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service request no. 10150086591. We are CA firm and internet is not working in our office from 13-Mar-2023. Even after multiple complaints there is no resolution yet. Your people giving false hopes saying it will be resolved soon.

@airtelindia I have purchase 719 prepaid pack with 3 months of Hotstar subscription (written on the Airtel app) but my hotstar subscription is not yet active nor I got any code or link. I am unable to contact customer support. (Why @airtelindia made it too complex?) please help.

@airtelindia getting messages other than my no. Hats off to your software. You people decided I should not be along with my other 4 nos in Airtel. I am very happy with yor worst service. Your customer care people and appellate people only knows the words sorry and apologize. So you are forced
