    @airtelindia Your network in Gulzar Colony, Parbhani has been showing 2G for the last 6–7 hours. I am unable to make calls or use mobile internet properly. This is not an isolated incident we have been facing such network problems repeatedly in Parbhani. 1/3

    @airtelindia This is becoming ridiculous. I scheduled a Wi-Fi service visit day before yesterday, and it has been rescheduled repeatedly.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @lahotiak sir i used airtel prepaid sim and always recharge 5g unlimited now 4 days to ago network showing 4g and we do switch off , flight mode , network setting, mobile updates but now no solution and i call to costumer care she told sorry and port to other

    5G service has been down since morning, and neither is 4G. Network speeds haven't recovered yet. When I called customer service, they simply said it would be fixed shortly. But there was no solution.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
