  @airtelindia has the worst customer service. Been on the call since last 1 hour. We have informed that we have shifted the house, and this new building doesn’t support airtel, and they have been wasting our time by trying to convince us of not cancelling Airtel. INFURIATING.

  @airtelindia I've been on your 5G yearly plan for 2 years now. My current plan expires on 2/08/2026, but I won't be renewing it. Not getting the network speed/coverage I was promised or expected. Switching providers after this. Very disappointed. #Airtel #SwitchingNetworks #5G

  Looks like @airtelindia has outsourced their DTH services to some freelancers and when a service request comes these freelancers are assigned & they are charging like the way the want, no clarity to the customer, no timely responses. Recent experience suggests so. #Airtel #DTH

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Very poor network from Airtel 4G, 5G, and even AirFiber are not working. However, if I connect to another tower, it works fine. Many people in my area are planning to switch to Jio once their recharge ends. Customer support is also unhelpful.
