    Have been happy with 8 mbps copper since years. Facing frequent network loss issue since I moved to 40 mpbs Fiber. It's been more than an year and your Team is unable to analyze and fix the issue. Multiple complaints logged but no resolution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia using airtel broadband for the past 1 year. Except disconnects, had no problem regarding speed. But since upgraded to fiber in last Sunday, in general use, speed is very slow whereas in speed test, it shows like the best.. Are you intentionally downgrading browsing?

    @airtelindia been a loyal customer till now, but you increasing the price made me think why to stay in this network and decided to move onto @reliancejio stop looting like everyone is doing, it is looting because you made us use data by giving it for lesser amount now increase it

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Have you tried your IVR... ??? Go to Prepaid option... and try to select anything after that... It doesn't work, same as your useless Broadband and Mobile Network... Don't You have a Quality Assurance Team ???
