    @airtelindia My broadband has been going down EVERY DAY from ~9 PM to 9–10 AM for the last 15–20 days. Multiple complaints are raised, but tickets are closed without fixing anything. Stop giving generic replies and fix this. @Airtel_Presence @AirtelServ30428

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel fraud isp you claim best internet provider and charge advance for 3 months and after that internet doesn't works at all, i'm facing outage oftenly customer support their technical support team is incompetent and lacks professional attitude.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed. My wife's Airtel postpaid prime number has had no internet for the last 4 days. Multiple complaints and follow-ups, but no response or resolution. She is unable to attend her online classes because of this issue.need solution

    @airtelindia need help but therr is no option to get a call or speak to someone. The issues listed in your help menu do not cover the issue i face. We understand that chatbot and ai save costs but completely cut off human support is way too bad.

    @airtelindia You are focusing on Airtel priority however facing multiple internet issues.. sometimes there is WiFi and now it's a Mobile internet.. Seriously pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My WiFi has been down since May 16th, and today is June 5th. You're not processing my disconnection request either. I pay for service, not for harassment! Please resolve this immediately and refand my money ASAP.....
