    @airtelindia @Airtel @dth_airtel Its pathetic service. DTH not working from last 12 days. Team told to convert in IPTV, but team is trying to pass the buck saying visit Airtel center. Airtel taking requests which is of no use. None of team member calling has the clarity.

    Absolutely horrible service @airtelindia, your customer reps tell me almost once every week that it’s a scheduled downtime from your end. Who ******** keeps a scheduled downtime during a World Cup quarterfinal game? Absolutely poor service, not acceptable

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹379 plan with unlimited 5G, a 5G phone, 5G SIM, and I’m clearly connected to 5G. But for the past 6 days, after 2GB usage, I keep getting capped — even on 5G. No fix.#airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Reactivated my broadband on your rep's phone confirmation of Rs.1300/month, but got billed Rs.570 + Rs.1645 instead. Raised complaints via email 3 days ago — emails not going through/delayed, not my fault. Already disconnected & kept hardware ready for pickup. Need this fixed — refund + account closure confirmed in writing. Don't mislead customers and make false promises to sell your services. A/C 10101033112402 (AirtelOne) Timeline: - Apr 28, 2026: Raised disconnection request, paid in full. - Rep assured no billing while inactive, reactivate anytime. - Jun 3, 2026: Called to reactivate. First quoted Rs.1645 (vs my original Rs.1300 plan), I declined and asked for permanent disconnection. - Rep called back and confirmed reactivation at Rs.1300. I agreed based on this. - Instead I was billed ~Rs.570 within 10 days, then another Rs.1645. - Emails sent 3 days ago about this are not going through/delayed. - Service already disconnected on my end 3 days ago. Hardware ready for pickup.
