    @Airtel_Presence 1/ Applied for Airtel Wi-Fi shifting on 6 May 2026. Today is 18 May and the shifting is still pending. Repeated calls to customer care but no proper response or resolution. Very disappointing service from @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi in Chennai has been completely down since Saturday (16th) evening. Raised multiple complaints via the app, and today the local outlet tells me it’ll take another 24 hours? 2+ days of no connectivity is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It's been more than 3 days since my internet is down & what efforts am i getting, to get it fixed is zero. No service engineer is receiving calls, cannot raise a complaint on airtel thanks app. Really fed up of your pathetic service.
