@airtelindia Reference DTH ID 3011639748 and complaint no 42879589/urgent. Kindly terminate the DTH connection immediately and send the engineer within 48 hours to collect the STB Remotes etc. Thanks for all the assistance given all these years

@airtelindia is there a possibility to talk to a human for the issues I am facing on your airtel Thanks app? We cannot raise a ticket on the airtel app. When i called customer care there is no option to speak to a representative and all options tell me to refer to the app.

I unable to use Internet service and making calls from my Airtel sim for the last 15 Days. In this Covid pandemic, I went to service center, they told me that problem is with sim and they swap my sim. But facing the same problem. Is this ur best service @airtelindia ?

In terms of service consistency, quality and correctness of billng, @airtelindia is by FAR the #WORST #UNETHICAL company in the world. It charges late fee on late fee & converts a Rs100 late fee into Rs1200 using a logic that late fee can be charged over non payment of late fees.

Hello @airtelindia, I've been calling & writing to you regarding choppy internet speed that for over 6 months now. The latest complaint number is 131485982. Yet it hasn't been resolved. Pls show basic courtesy to let me know if you can't fix it so I can move on to @reliancejio
