@Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

@travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been trying to pay the mobile bill for my and my wife’s numbers. It ends showing an error that there is some server issue. Calling your customer care is useless. Can you make sure I am not charged late fee coz of this issue.
