When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black.
