I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

@airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

@airtelindia My account is suspended for last 4 days due to non- payment initially but after remitting the payment the account is still suspended. I’ve made several calls to Airtel black customer care with no luck. Service is pathetic and I’m going to different services provider.
