So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.
