@airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

I am surprised by myself that I have been using the services of @airtelindia still. Today's average speed has been around 40-50kbps. Also tried to DM but no response. Such disgusting service and that too for a postpaid connection!! @Airtel_Presence

Do you really bother about the issues your customers are facing ? @airtelindia time to care better? the worst service team. It takes 2 days to get a new line/connection fixed these days. You guys are the limit. 2 months and still waiting and speaking to inefficient customercare !

@airtelindia If you silent they'll never solve your issues. Even they don't have proper customer service portal, and they have lack of some particular technology. If you have faced the same like issues, then consult a lawyer to go against them. I have done my proceedures.

@airtelindia They make money scamming you with the payment. A legal scam they do. Still people believe in Airtel. My advice to not to buy any products or Postpaid service which is absolutely a way of scamming the consumer.
