    I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

    @airtelindia I am a resident of Patna Bihar and facing regular issue of airtel xtreme wifi even after registering complaint the customer care only says to wait even after today it is third day of outrage but there is no response from your side. Please help .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Even raising concern via the customer care has not been helpful as the promised eta was just 4 hours that too crossed yesterday. Is this how you do business n expect us to b e #RepeatCustomer. Please get the issue resolved asap.

    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????
