Is @airtelindia down? Getting no network since last 20-25 minutes. I thought someone did this on purpose by cloning my SIM and that's the reason why I'm not getting network. Checked bank balance and emails, seems to be issue from operator.

@Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

@airtelindia Your service is the worst. I have 5g device, software, and settings, but my phone says I'm still getting 4g+. When I check the speed, it's 0.86mbps. Some improvement considering I was getting 0.28mbps 3 weeks ago, and I complained about it.

Rather have consistent continous stronger reception of NSA 5G from @airtelindia with 300-400 Mbps rather than inconsistent laggy dead slow (worse than 4G and just a bit worse than 4G+) SA 5G (aka @reliancejio "True5G") with 500+Mbps working only in corners as per its mood.
