When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.
