    I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Why my name on the Airtel DTH account linked with my Airtel mobile number is not the same? I always get unsolicited calls with incorrect name. CAN'T YOU CORRECT IT? Further, Airtel DTH charged for no service period and never refunded.

    @iluvmeandme @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Customer Handling is extremely disheartning. Cannot rely. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia I have an airtel black connection, it's been more than 3 weeks that i had paid for an additional wifi extender/mesh router and till date nobody has come to install the same. i have complained 3-4 times regarding this since last few days and still there's no solution.
