    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is so poor I'm getting fed-up, I have registered several complaints for the last one year but no improvement happened, I'm an Airtel black customer but after complaining nothing improved signal issue, internet connection,call dropping.

    @travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

    just like DND and other services. Unless a customer himself opts for FLASH message the company shall not activate this service. This practise of @airtelindia & their poor service/issue resolution is making the dream of digitaleconomy tough to achieve. @TRAI kindly help. (5/5)

    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    @airtelindia Dear, I have given owner transfer request 10 days ago with formalities and as per store manager no sim avaliable. After one week again visit the store he has given sim and last four days i am waiting for number Activation. Mobile no -9910170730 Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia What ******** is wrong with you @airtelindia? You speak of 5G, but when I recharge for 2500, then speed is worse than 3G or 2G! Sometimes the internet cuts off altogether! A 2MB takes AGES to download, that too after failing multiple times! You take all the money, the forget us!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Upgrading plan uninformed just by sending an SMS. I do not need an upgrade to higher amount plans just for 5-7 calls per day & less than 1G data/internet. I will not pay because it's not worth. Moving to @reliancejio help me with PORT, KYC is ready
