@airtelindia I had applied for Airtel xtream fibre plan, as per installation guy, its our duty to put a small hole in wooden area from from where wire will pass. So now we have to do self service and u will provide just modem and wire. What a joke. Need a refund immediately.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had done payment for 6 months advance plan on 24th Aug,team asked for 1k extra installation fee which #airtel website says they dont ask for,after all this m still waiting for installation to be done.Such bad customer experience. #Airtelbroadband

I see no progress @Airtel_Presence , its been near about 10 days i raised request for cancellation but have not received a message confirmation of cancellation n refund. Such actions give bad reputation to the already dented @airtelindia . Please refund my money asap.

I reached customer care service many times but no use. No one from @airtelindia contacted me to know the about the issue in my locality and address it. Such a pathetic service! They charge us for 4G, forget about speed they don't even provide minimum services to make voice calls!
