Now there is no maay baap left for customer in telecom industry. Where to complain about anyone and who will sort it out there is no platform at all left. @TRAI. I have complained for services of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but there is no improvement in the service at all.

This I did after exhausting all the options like informing on app, e mail, phone to customer care, talking to appellate authority etc.
