    @Airtel_Presence I was told that customer care would call within 72 hours or earliest-- 24 hours. No calls were received so far after 3 days. Now barred. Had huge network problem. I am 10 years old customer. Airtel doesn't care. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took a plan of Airtel Xtreme fiber 2 months ago and the plan was of 799 per month(499 Broadband + 300 DTH) now my DTH plan is automatically updated to 500 rs per month how did it happen? Was not able to connect to customer care.

    Why there is lack in quality of service of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in Bihar. The same network works fine in Gujarat but people of bihar are being fooled. Network quality throughout india is better only in advertisements. @TRAI should ensure quality if people are paying.
