@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel Poor interface! When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. You MUST let customers select default channel. SO INETHICAL!

@travellermillen @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is fraud and they even don’t improve their service and start charging unnecessary for the service which they never provided. So never pay unnecessary bill, I have told them to disconnect my connection but they are not doing anything. #worst #fraud

@Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 1 week and still I am internet issue with @airtelindia . Really bad support for BLACK plan as well. Since 1Jul, I am not getting proper internet coverage.. so I won’t pay this month bill w/o adjustment. For same I have sent email to your support team as well.

@airtelindia the local DTH resolution team is @airtelnews hopeless and very rude.they are asking charges even if it is for same resolution within 2 weeks. This is issue from Varanasi where the team is harrasing even if customer care says not to pay. They are closing requests.

@airtelindia Rang customer service at 121 now and raised a call back. They assured to look into it. Finding it difficult to raise issues with Airtel thanks app. Airtel thanks app does not give all the options in International roaming packs. Same problems on Airtel website
