When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. Your customer service just says it will be done in 4 hours everyday. I have spent enough time talking with you. If my issue is not solved by the end of the day, I will be complaining at the consumer grievance. I haven't been able to use the internet for the last 5 days. Your team creates unwanted orders at their side and customer has to suffer. They are not even cancelling my connection as orders as still in pending stage which I haven't even created. You are not even replying on dm.
