When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. But when it comes to shifting your Wi-Fi or DTH connectionall they do is keep saying Your file is under process. Reaching customer care is a challenge in itself. And even after you finally speak to them the ground engineer calls only to repeat Your complaint has been registered. This is Airtel’s idea of customer service.
