    I am very unhappy to state that i have applied for xtreme connection on Feb 5 with the payment of 2829 rs since then i have to wait for 10 days for a "sorry" and i should opt for refund. Its been 4 days and no refund has reached. Extremely poor service 👎 @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is there any option in the IVR to talk to customer care executive? As I'm trying the same from last 2 hrs bt no options are there. Also, my internet service is stopped for no reason and even after clearing all the bills and amount. Is this service you're providing?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What type of service you are providing ? No message is going even after the recharge , no phonepe message . If the problem will be not resolved today ,there is no use of this sim card . It will be best to port in @reliancejio

    @iluvmeandme @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Customer Handling is extremely disheartning. Cannot rely. Billing of postpaid connection is often tweaked and inflated . Mails of customer are not responded. Pathetic customer service.

    Airtel has the worst customer care representatives in the history of service. @Airtel_Presence never resolve issues, never address concerns, no help during outages. Unfortunately no other options exist or I'd never subscribe to their broadband. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. Went for SIM reactivation but your store staff misused my Aadhaar to open an Airtel Payments Bank account and activated ₹149 insurance WITHOUT my informed consent. SIM is still not working after hours. This is clear mis-selling + KYC misuse. I request: Immediate SIM activation Cancellation of account & insurance Full refund Strict action against the store staff involved If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to @RBI and file a complaint with the consumer court. @Airtel_Presence please take urgent action.
